I purchased a new Fly B430 on 11th September’10 this month, in 9 days of handling the phone I found
so many problem with the handset & for the resolution I already visited the service centre once, yet the
problem is not resolved. I have all the major Prepaid SIM to use Internet
Handset IMEI NO - 1 – [protected] & 2 – [protected]
Problem with Handset –
1. Handset not supported DOCOMO & Videocon on SIM 2 slot – its automatically restarted in few
seconds.
As per distributor I have to use the AIRCEL on SIM 1 if I want to use GPRS services – Using for
GPRS.
When I tried to connect to GPRS – Error Occurred but charges deducted by the operator & when
I connect customer care for this issue they told me that there is no such problem with services,
it’s your handset fault, after that I visited service centre for same issue they only update the
handset software but then after problem is same. It’s not only with browser, its same with
NIMBUZZ, OPERA & SANPTU.
USB Port not supported – Unable to transfer data from Phone to PC or from PC to Phone & the
software provide on website for mentioned handset is not working.
I am using Vodafone (Postpaid Cooperate No – [protected]) for any problem if I restarted
handset its show Emergency Call & for this I have to select the Manual Network to resolve the
problem.
