Sir I was purchased BRAND NEW SL600 WITH BILL past 6 months back at nellikuppam Name of the mobile shop owner noor i am facing lot of problem in my mobile When i purchased mobile with in a month my charger was failed and I submitted my warranty claim immediately. But after 2 months only returned some used charger after my shouting and he clearely explained some internal policy problem in our concern and seller practically i am the sufferer AT PRESENT I AM FACING SOME PROBLEM 1. Key 3 NOT PRESSING SMOOTHLY VERY BEGINING ITSELF THIS ALSO EXPLAINED WHEN I PURCHASE TIME. 2. SOME TIMES MOBILE SWITCHED OFF AUTOMATICALLY AFTER TRYING LONG TIME THEN IT GETS ON 3. USB CABLE- MOBILE SIDE EDGE WAS NOT PROPER SEATING THAT IS SOME DAMAGED INSIDE and also clearly explaine when i purchase 4. USB CHARGER ARE NOT PROPER CHARGING THAT IS SOME TIMES WORKING 5 SO TOTALLY DEPRESSED OF PURCHASING NEW FLY MOBILE AND MENTALLY UPSET BECAUSE I AM IN POSITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MY CUSTOMER IS AFFECTED DUE TO UNWORTHY MOBILE AND SERVICE CENTRE AE TOTALLY WASTE so kindly refund my money or replaced new my mobile Thanks and Regards V.Arun Was this information helpful? | |
