[Resolved]  Food — Quality and hygiene problem

Hi,

This is regarding food hygiene and negligence of staff.

Myself and my wife went for dinner at Hyderabadi Spice, Parihar Chowk, Aundh, Pune. We ordered mushroom biryani and after waiting for 20 mins, we have been served biryani with chiken bones in it.

My wife being a complete vegetarian complained about some hard pieces in the biryani and to my utter disgust, I have found out that it was small piece of chicken bone.

When I argued with Manager, he was shameless enough to tell me that it happens and during peak hours, they cannt do much about it. While we were very much upset but didnt knew what to do next but this was complete negligence of religious as well as health aspects.

I am not really aware about the formal process of logging the complaint directly to concerned authorities but I hope this forum may give other people a chance to avoid this restuarant.

see, the matter we can see above is really very important its not just tht someone who is pure vegetarian got servd wth non veg food, one can sense the breach of trust.
please dont let them go like this...

The food stall at SFC MALL Sangli maharashtra gives ketchup not in sachet but open with samosa. after requesting they told we supply in open manner. how can we guarantee the quality of that & when it is mfg. plz do look at it. It is neccessary to supply in sachet form to ensure the mfg date & quality.This may cause health problem
