[Resolved]  Forbes Aquaflo — No response from company

My Aquaflow unit has stopped working and it has been 5 days since I have lodged a complaint. I am having daily conversation with the company guys and they assure that their representative will visit my place, but its not happening.

I have been purchasing mineral water daily since last 5 days. I would suggest not to go for Forbes Aquaflow since there are no post sale service. This complaint should be escalated to the senior authorities of the company.

Forbes Aquaflo — no followip on complaint

I am using my Forbes Aquaflow from last 4 years. This year viz. before monsoon in June 2006 I planned for full service of my beautiful equipment through the authorised service agent( of Eureka Forbes ) M/S Geeta sales, Chandrapur . Threon service engineer ( Shri. Mahendra) visited my residence, did certain servicing but left the equipment in defective form, moreover he took complete payment from my wife ( Rs. 600/- ) assuring for complete rectification. Thereafter he or his counterprt never turned back for rectifying the defect. I paying huge amount of telephone bills only for following my complaint till date and now I m forced to take some legal action against them.

forbes aqua flow — no response for after sale services

1. i want to renew my annual maintenance cont (AMC), after a gap of one year lapse.

2. the agents are charging fees first and then only said that they will renew the AMC.

3. furhter trying to contact no one is responding.

4. iam at bangalore, cv raman nagar.

5. i beleive the Eureka forbes has disassociated it self from the frobes model, please investigate.
6. amarket strategy to make consers buy the new models.

Forbes Aquaflo — No service

I bought a Eureka Forbes water Purifier nearly 10 months back. They had mentioned at the time of sales that they provide the best service to the customer. When I want to service purifier and want to change new candle no body came to my house. I made a complaint to the toll free number and they gave me a code number. They told the same day a person would visit me and solve the problem.

Nobody turned up. I used to call almost everyday, and had to describe the entire problem regularly. If your machine fails they will not turn up. Those who came gave some vague answers and nothing got right. In between I contacted the people who sold the machine to us. They told service is not their division. For the past 2 months We are not able to get filtered water. My friends are telling me that I have done a mistake by selecting this brand.

Will Eureka Forbes be responsible for any health issues arising from this. If they can refund the money and take the machine, we would be greatly happy and can go for another brand.

This is the worst Experience I had from any brands. If they are not able to repair the machine (booster model) they should not sell it. Better they stop marketing it and taking the health of the people into their hands.

Forbes Aquaflo — no service even after half a dozen request

we have maintenance contract with yr company for our forbes aquaflow model customer no [protected] the periodic service was due in october 2008 in which the filtering compound ( resin) need to be changed . without this service, purifier produces low quality water .g from 1/11/[protected] . even after half a dozen complaints no technician called on us. you are requested to take immedate action in this regard.
Even I had purchased Aqua Flow, I have been calling customer service daily to get it repaired and change the filter since I renewed the AMC. But everything in vain, my money has gone waste.

aquaflo — No Servicing

I have baught this from 'Shreeji Enterprises' from Thane -west, Maharashtra.
They have not been sending any person for servicing even well within the warranty period.

I have been reminding him for the last 11 months.

If you do not take any action then I will certainly go to the consumer court making your company as a party.

aquaflo — servicing is not providing by agence

I, Smt Lalita rani 58 Anand vihar colony Alamnager vroad Lucknow have a AQUAFLO modol of water purifair . Ihave given service contact to your authentic service agency but your service agency is not givig properly sertvice. MY CONTRACT RECEPT NO is AG96B 14215137dated 05.07.07. I have also paid rs 1690 for two years but since then no service is provide by your agency. I have made sevral Complaints on Mo no [protected]Mr Ramesh Joshi, [protected] Mr Ajeet And [protected] Mr Rajpoot. On land line NO[protected] also made a complaint but no complaint is undertaken by your service centre. There for I am going to take a Legal Action against your Authorised Service Centre. My Mo No is [protected].

My Aquaflow unit has stopped working and it has been 7 days since I have lodged a complaint. The aquaflow has been taken by their representative for repairs and had promised to get it back in a day. But 5 days have passed. They are not answering my calls even. I called up Mr Kishore, at the service centre office yesterday and they assure that will visit my place, but its not happening gain.
I agree to above all Complaints because i am one of the suferer> my AMC which was taken in Jan2007 was not attented to inspite of calling them numerous time. Over n above they shut down the service centre in the area i stay without informing the customers. I lost Rs800 in this process and now for past 1-11/2 year every time i call the call centre they give me a complaint no and after that no response.

Forbes Aquaflo — not getting service

I am Sindhu. My phone numer is [protected]. Three week before I called customer care number and asked them to service my purifier. They gave me the complaint no.[protected]. But till now I did not get the service. Every day I am calling and remembering them. Every day they says today they will come. Atlast, last week one man came and told we have to change one part the purifier. H told now it is out of stock, within two days it will come, then he will come. I don't know his name his phone number is [protected]. After two days I called him, then all days he repeating the sentence "tomarrow I will come". Again I called cusrumer number they again repeated the same sentence. Now more than three weeks I am buying the water. After buying the purifier buying the water is very bad. What I have to do??? Please take necessery actions.

I have been facing the same problem since last 10 days . No one is visiting & repairing the machine. Need to lodge a consumer complaint & make the company to compensate .
