[Resolved]  Forbes Aquaflo Water Purifier — My water purifier is not working for last 45 days. But no response from the service personnel even my repeated complaints

15 months back i was purchased a Forbes Aquaflo Water Purifier, which is not working for last 45 days.I purchased the unit in Kasaragod of Kerala state. And i reside at uppala village of kasaragod district.The unit SL No is 3002200. When i complained about the problem to the Aquaguard service center in Kasaragod in this No. [protected] thay accept the complaint and said that thay send the technition nextday. Thay continued doing this for one month,but never send the technition.When i started asking the complaint no. thay gave me two complaint no, on 26th Nov, and 30th Nov. 112612 and 113001.On 30th Nov, 2009 finally the technitian came and told me that the circuit board of the unit is gone and to be replaced.And he told me that he will come on 2nd Dec, 2009.But till today nobody comes and now 45 days compleated .
