[Resolved]  fortune mobile — No replacement of defective mobile

It has now become a fashion to cheat customers. At the time of selling the products many promises are made but after sales everything goes on and end. no service no hearing of complaints, no solutions. My fortune mobile is pending for replacement for more than 13 days but with no response. everytime only assurance and assurance. Its my request to all the people who are thinking of buying fortune mobile. Take all the things into consideration and then only think of buying . I think this is the worst situation which u will have to face.

F-45 — replacement of defective mobile

hi,
I am anand jain and i have purchesed fortune mobile f-45 from alwar (raj) and after 2 days i faced charging problem in my mobile and i gave my mobile to shopkeeper for repairing or replacement and till now i can not get my mobile and the shopkeeper response is very poor like go to head office for repair.

i have the same problem as sanjeet .

I take service center for udaipur (rajasthan) of fortune mobile company name Paprika Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Kolkatta for this i deposit Rs 25000 for security deposit by check no 015608 dt. 16-06-09 of bank of rajasthan ltd, & Rs 25000 check no 015609 dt 16.6.09 for spare parts.
Company committed minimum Rs 2000 income from 2nd month. But company fail to maintain distributor in udaipur city & after only 15 days distributor stop working in udaipur area. After this & before this i not receive mobile for repairing & not any income and company also fail to appoint new distributor in division.
Due to this reason i make decision to surrender service center on date 21 Dec 2009, for this i return all the spares parts to company on date 21 dec 2009 by ss courier & after that they are not returing my security deposit amount Rs 25000 & amount of spare parts Rs 25000.
Company employee Mr. R.P. Mondal & Mr. Sanjay & all not picking my phone from last 35days. First days they are saying that our dirctor are in china after that not responding my phone & email also. After a long trouble on date 11 febuary 2010 i receive no of director (i think name is) neel bapna but he also take 2-3 days time after he gave me fraud doct. no[protected] i.e of central express & logastic courier on date 12 feb 2010.
After waiting till date 15 febuary 2010 I ask courier jaipur office & calcutta office he deny this no of parcel book from calcutta for me. now upto date 17 feb 2010 i not recieve any amount from company. what i do please help any one o[censored] for refunding my amount. my email address is [protected]@yahoo.com & mobile no is [protected].

normally this is a company. only cheats the customar. these guyes dnt have any service centres not even have the pc suit. this company should be baned and their delars along with there retailer should be behind the bars.

I had purchased a Fortune mobile on dated10/02/2010 from Sai Mobile Point in Rs 4, 200/-, Berhampur, Orissa.the Mobile details are given below

1. Model No-Fortune P39
2. IMEI No- [protected]
3. Batterry No[protected]
4.Charger No- 330531

My mobile was showing some problem so I gave it to Sai Service Centre, Dalua street, Berhampur for the repaireand they assured to get it within 7 days but today its over one monthbut I haven't received my mobile.The shopekeep said that, due to the unavailbilty of Battery in Kolkata office, they do not get it. Please let me know that is it true or any other reason behind it. It is very difficult for me to work without the mobile.
