I had given my bike for service at sai service bajaj kothrud i had gear slipping issue in my bike which i told them but they couldn't fix it, i again contacted them at first they denied the fact that there is a issue then they told me to leave my bike on a odd day of the week so that they can test ride my bike ... If they did so or not i don't have any idea but i recived my bike in even worst condition now i am also experiencing upshift problem...

When i asked abt how much time i have to wait for allotment, they said mail has come from maruti that car allotment has been delayed from the cos.. Whn i asked for a copy of mail they never had any copy and was told that car will be allotted as per scheduled. I Was told 8/10 weeks verbally which they denied it and said its more thn 16/18 weeks.I was told verbally full amt will be refunded on cancellation Now since i have cancelled the booking,...

My dominar is with Phugewadi service centre since 3 weeks now and they still haven't DETECTED the problem in it
the staff always relies on seniors for directions
Imagine having an bike with a issue and not being able to solve it for 3 week,
forget solving at least detect the problem first
Please contact them or me to speed up the process
the work is supposedly still going on
but as i went there today...

This is the Worst Bajaj service center by far
My dominar is with them since 3 weeks now and they still haven't detected the problem in it
the staff is inexperienced with big bikes and always relies on seniors for directions
Imagine having an bike with a issue and not being able to solve it for 3 week,
forget solving at least detect the problem first
Problem is only one
loss of power on acceleration...

Today 3rd May I had given my car for servicing Nileah Sarjerao at Turbe mumbai was assigned as advisor...I dropped the car at 11.45 am it took him 1 hour to give me the job card, later on he committed that the vehicle will be dropped at my residence ...I called him in the evening at 5pm he said call in 30 minutes I called he asked me to come and pick the car up. I came here at 6.15 pm its 8pm now I am still at the service station and my car...

My Name is Reni Reji from kerala chengannur..i had been working in Sai service Chengannur as a relationship Manager (996807Employe Code) This month 04/04/2022 i have resigned my job from my position due to heavy pressure and harassment.. Iam talking about not Myselfs all working staffs in sai chengannur and they Manger, General Manager also behaviors is not well and their behavior to coustmer is very badly and insulting them lots off time in front of me.. Almost best performed staffs have resigned from there.. You can check my Retail and booking history. I had 4 or 5retails in every months... I complained to Head office of sai service Ernakulam. So they hold my salary incentive since last salary date. Yet I didn't get my salary So we decided to going Consumer court to file case on monday. Against sai service and Maruthi Suzuki Arena and also giving news on News channel. Thank you

    My vehicle sounds in engine i visited service station, Work manager Pravin & Representative making jobsheet without checking root cause very confidently given a quote of 13-14k for repair, i denied to service with such high cost for two wheeler repair ...my vehicle is been regularly serviced from Authorized service station Sai Service I was wondering how come engine started making noise, as I was not using two wheeler since past 4-6 months...

      On March 9, 2022 I called[protected] number for LG however, that was fake call center and one Mr. Mehraj (Mobile #[protected] came to my home and collected Rs.3000 advance for total cost of Rs.4, 300 for replacement of LG two door Refrigerator Gasket. Surprisingly Mr. Mehraj did not give me LG invoice for Parts, Labor etc. for Rs.3, 000 cash. Upon my insisting he gave Sai Service Centre receipt for Home...

      I m purchased a car dezire vxi
      Model from sai services dahanu on 16th December.
      My accessories not provided at purchase time on date of 16th December.

      I complained last about strearing hard but they were not solved it. I heard a circular on defects of 2016 models getting replaced due to technical issues in some vehicles of 2016 models.. I am trying to contact sai service but they are not serious and not helping. Iam facing this issue for last year's and complaining the same. Please do needful in replacing it....

      I had sent my car for servicing on the 29th Aug 2021at Bamboo galli, naigoan . Recd the car on the 30th Aug 2021. The car was not vacuumed and was sent in a very bad state.We had send it back for cleaning . The executive has not even informed us about the prices of the parts to be changed.       I got my MARUTI 800 ALTO car serviced 7days back. I told manger to do basic servicing and check clutch and brakes which I felt might need some attention.

      The final Bill case up was =20, 000(8000 part+1300 tax on it + 10000 labor charges).
      IN this i didn't tell to do coating to silencer(Rs 1100) and they did fumigation of Rs.885. And the things I felt can be issues was all good.

      This was unnecessary expenses...

      I have done my front glass replacement last week. Last week only I have seen pieces of glass inside my car. What kind of service you are offering ?
      Kindly resolve my issue on urgent basis. The worst part is I have received a feedback call from Sai service call centre & I have given the same feedback with them & they assured me that someone will be able to pick up your car to resolve the issues but it's now four more days have gone but nobody has called me.

        I get the feeling that Sai service is all about show me the money. Had gone to sai service lower Parel since my car was water damage and was told to keep the water in the car for 2 to 3 weeks before insurance company sends in their representative to check the car. I did have a word with insurance rep and was informed that he can visit the service station next day it self, however sai service did not have any space to keep my car, so I requested them to let the car get inspected so they can help me remove the water within the car but that was not possible for them. They want the car to have rain water in the car for 2/3 weeks get the car rusty and then fix it. I did speak with an representative from sai service and during the call he just hung up on me.this was difficult to digest... I was still waiting for an representative from sai service to give me his managers number but I guess that's not going to help much..

          Hi, am surya from Kozhikode (Calicut) I have a bad experience in Sai service Maruti Suzuki genuine spares in west hill chungam near railway gate..I think the biggest Maruti Suzuki genuine spares in Calicut ..the problems is the staff or manager is behaving very badly to customers ..it’s unacceptable..if you don’t want to lose your customers you must change that type of peoples and save your firm ..it’s a request...
