    Payment made against annual service contract of 3 pest control and one AC servicing on dated 6th Jan23. 2nd was planned in May23 which was not given and till now after 5months of followup no service rendered. Most of the time no reply and on WhatsApp only assurance. The contract will expire on 6th Jan24.

          I had given my car for servicing while returning my car, head light ofy car is not working I informed staff telephonically but they failed to provide me assistance I also informed me gauresh regard into the problem he assure me that he will provide me staff but he would after few daysy car stop working engine is not getting started then he told me battery must be having problem but I want to say if I had given for full servicing he would have done it properly which he failed to do.

            I am complaining about the service we got from sai service center, we didn't got proper serving for chetak and after servicing still spanner light is blinking, break issue was not solve yet, still we are facing issue with breaks and also we asked to change the headlight lock but everyone took it very grantly and not even saw the issue not handled our bike properly after servicing not even wash our bike return us as it is, after servicing still we are facing issue so please took strict action on it and please upgrade your service after only 2 month of buying a chetak we are facing such issue . please look on priority, i am waiting for your response

              Receptionist at sai service center at borivali west. Has no sense on how to talk with customers, very rude and arrogant please take against them I want to mention Ms. Aasha was behaving very badly with customers. Receptionist is like a representative of company and pride and this lady is ruining the image of sai service. So request you to take action against her

                Dear Sir, I have recently sent my car to Sai service station
                SINHAGAD ROAD, WADGOAN KHURD NEAR NANDED CITY, PUNE- 411041 dated 13/12/22 for resolving issue of my Wagan R New model which going off centre while driving certainly. I got car after 26 hr. They replaced lower arm (RH) front side wheel, changed filter, oil ring and top up of Eng oil and charge appx. 5500/- and return car to me.
                Now, when I went to Kokan, and I got same issue for which I was given car for service. My car was completely going off centre while driving, Oil is still leaking. Hence, I shown my car to local fitter at Mahad. When I show this car, person was shocked that lower arm bolt was not tightened and hence I am facing this issue and in case this bolt goes off myself and family would be no more. fortunately, this bolt was having R type pin due to which we all saved. I have video of this loose fitment. According to this fitter requirement to change the Knuckle joint instead of changing lower arm. But this service station only did change lower are and wrongly keep bolt loose and taken wheel balancing and alignment charges unwantedly. We came out from dead situation and big loss. I need urgent response for this kind of careless, irresponsible job.

                  There was a lock problem of front glove box of my Bajaj Chetak scooter. I gave my vehicle for repair to @saiservice Phugewadi in the month of October 2022. The problem was not fixed at that time and service advisor told me that the work is pending and they will fix the problem next time. So I gave my scooter on 7th Jan 2023 for the repair and that time the panel was in good condition and the same was checked by the service advisor while collecting the vehicle for repair. When I went to collect my scooter on 12th Jan 2023, I noticed that the panel was in broken condition. Hence I requested service advisor to replace it, as it was broken by your staff, coz it was in good condition when the vehicle was given for repair. Service advisor refused to accept their mistake and not ready for replacement of damaged panel.
                  Here it is loss of my vehicle and also mental harassment for me to convince to the advisor.

                    Am writing you this with huge pain. I have purchased a new vehicle on April this year maruti suzuki S-Cross. With the dealer Sai service located at shankerpalli, Hyderabad. My vehicle facing issue unable to start or unlock the vehicle. Same problem facing 4th time. Visited service 3 times but yet same problem arises. Dealer unable to detect the issue.                       Myself Mr. Kumarchandra Kashinath Chaudhari (age-76). I purchased Maruti Suzuki Wagon-R No. MH48-CC4757 in the name of my spouse Mrs. Kamini Kumarchandra Choudhari on 2nd January 2022 from Sai Service, Near Umela Phatak, Vasai (W) Distt- Palghar, Maharashtra-401202.
                      I have paid Rs.67666/- amount to Sai Service for registration. SAI service executive told me while buying the car that RC will be available as below estimate. 2-3 months. Now approx. 9 months passed but I still haven't received RC and I contacted them many times but no response from Sai Service.

                      After doing many rounds and follow-ups at this age I am frustrated and scared. with the Sai service now. Requesting you to kindly help to get RC.

                          I had given my bike for service at sai service bajaj kothrud i had gear slipping issue in my bike which i told them but they couldn't fix it, i again contacted them at first they denied the fact that there is a issue then they told me to leave my bike on a odd day of the week so that they can test ride my bike ... If they did so or not i don't have any idea but i recived my bike in even worst condition now i am also experiencing upshift problem very gery worst service by sai service bajaj kothrud i am really disappointed and angered

                            When i asked abt how much time i have to wait for allotment, they said mail has come from maruti that car allotment has been delayed from the cos.. Whn i asked for a copy of mail they never had any copy and was told that car will be allotted as per scheduled. I Was told 8/10 weeks verbally which they denied it and said its more thn 16/18 weeks.I was told verbally full amt will be refunded on cancellation Now since i have cancelled the booking, i have been told to read terms and condition stating 500 will be deducted. Its not question of 500 rs, but matter of principal and blind trust on the brand name . So as per them customer is always a liar ..

                              My dominar is with Phugewadi service centre since 3 weeks now and they still haven't DETECTED the problem in it
                              the staff always relies on seniors for directions
                              Imagine having an bike with a issue and not being able to solve it for 3 week,
                              forget solving at least detect the problem first
                              Please contact them or me to speed up the process
                              the work is supposedly still going on
                              but as i went there today they said that they haven't even touched the bike in last 2 days they said
                              Everyday I have to take OLA/Uber since last 3 week
                              the It has cost me more than 3-4K now just because of the waiting

                                This is the Worst Bajaj service center by far
                                My dominar is with them since 3 weeks now and they still haven't detected the problem in it
                                the staff is inexperienced with big bikes and always relies on seniors for directions
                                Imagine having an bike with a issue and not being able to solve it for 3 week,
                                forget solving at least detect the problem first
                                Problem is only one

                                  Today 3rd May I had given my car for servicing Nileah Sarjerao at Turbe mumbai was assigned as advisor...I dropped the car at 11.45 am it took him 1 hour to give me the job card, later on he committed that the vehicle will be dropped at my residence ...I called him in the evening at 5pm he said call in 30 minutes I called he asked me to come and pick the car up. I came here at 6.15 pm its 8pm now I am still at the service station and my car is not ready yet..he has been fooling me stating that billing system is slow..upon entering the service department the car is still undergoing service..i am really fed up waiting for this ..please take this up strongly with the advisor as he is lying to the customers and his manager is also a party to this..

                                    My Name is Reni Reji from kerala chengannur..i had been working in Sai service Chengannur as a relationship Manager (996807Employe Code) This month 04/04/2022 i have resigned my job from my position due to heavy pressure and harassment.. Iam talking about not Myselfs all working staffs in sai chengannur and they Manger, General Manager also behaviors is not well and their behavior to coustmer is very badly and insulting them lots off time in front of me.. Almost best performed staffs have resigned from there.. You can check my Retail and booking history. I had 4 or 5retails in every months... I complained to Head office of sai service Ernakulam. So they hold my salary incentive since last salary date. Yet I didn't get my salary So we decided to going Consumer court to file case on monday. Against sai service and Maruthi Suzuki Arena and also giving news on News channel. Thank you

                                      My vehicle sounds in engine i visited service station, Work manager Pravin & Representative making jobsheet without checking root cause very confidently given a quote of 13-14k for repair, i denied to service with such high cost for two wheeler repair ...my vehicle is been regularly serviced from Authorized service station Sai Service I was wondering how come engine started making noise, as I was not using two wheeler since past 4-6 months & driving car how come it makes noise...Pravin & representative again was trying to convince for high cost repair as vehicle sounding, when I gone to a local two wheeler repair he pulled out oil & was amazed that their was no engine oil hence was the piston/machine making noise hence had impacted piston / machine & making noise how come sai service not able to figure out this...been an authorised dealer & convincing for high charges payable???? I doubt on their expertise or misseling for higher service cost??? I am now very confident that these people are fooling around... Now my consent is if the vehicle engine sounds its for Oil not filled...& If my service is from phugewadi regularly how much kilometre I have driven??? Not more than 100-120 I will now need all replacement free of cost??? I am not going to leave anyone... If I have paid all service cost with oil & filter charges & all of a sudden their is no oil in engine & affecting my engine sound is a total negligence from Sai Services earlier services done, also I would need detailed summary on all service repairs done in past 2 years with detailed discription on charges paid

                                        Maruti Suzuki brand at risk due to car dealers
                                        Dear sir,
                                        As a genuine customer of Maruti Suzuki, I need to allow that brand Maruti Suzuki is getting ruined by the car dealers.
                                        I have bought the Maruti Ertiga in 2018 having a Car Number -MH 47 AE 7441 on the name Seema Thakur. Few days back faced the yellow light indicator on my car screen, then I went to the service station and the company, after 3-4 days when I went again to the service station, this time they said catalytic converter needs to changed and i asked why this got defected just running 17000 kms and what is the self-life of Catalic converter but NO answer. Then I asked for the warranty they said it doesn’t get cover it the warranty. And even I had bought the extended warranty which says 1, 00, 000 Km or 5years, which ever comes first, but my car runs only 17000 kms and extended warranty taken 5 yrs.
                                        Now Sai Service station refused to give this part in warranty and from inside i got to know that they generally don’t buy this part from the manufacturer so they are refusing for the warranty.
                                        Please look into this issue as I am the great fan of this brand and always tell my friends to buy Maruti Suzuki cars. I hope you understand my feelings due to my love for this brand.
