I have just received a sms saying that "congrat: your mobile number has won for you $2,000,000 USD in the freelotto mobile pro. For claims, send email: [protected]@aol.co.uk & call: [protected]

I would be very happy if it's true. However, I think 99% it is a joke. Please help me to verify if this is true or not.

Yes, I am from Papua New Guinea (a South Pacific country) and I too got a shock of my life. I didn't know how these people got my mobile number. At first I thought it was true that I'd won $USD 2 000 000.00 and I emailed back only to receive a message instructing me to pay € 520.00 for my check to be delivered. I hope one day these people are caught and crucified.
I have just got the same sms here in oz. I just spent all day dreaming of what I could do with the money Made lots of jokes about it and just amused myself in general. Now I am back to being just plain old me

yes i just now recieved a sms saying that my mobile number won 2, 000.000 usd from [protected]@trunphu.com i think it is another acct. ok fine what is their nxt move?lets wait and see but they will not get anything from me FUNNY story.
Yeah I am in Australia and I just received a phone call from my husband telling me that he just received an sms informing him that his mobile number was randomly chosen and he has won $2, 000, 000..."how nice!". To collect send an email to [protected]@aol.com.uk, or call this number[protected], sent from NO NAME[protected]...I told my husband to wait on the phone while I checked it out. So I Googled information about this and found quite a few sites refering to these types of scams. Then I had the task of telling my huband that it was absolute !!...Considering the financial struggles many o[censored]s are facing with these days. That some people can sink so low as to entice unsuspecting people into giving out their private details, to further cause them finacial hardship.
hi um n Botswana, i received the same message and i was asked to email my name and ma mobile number to agent 73, guys what is this? Botswana
Pliz some1 help us out, i mean how can some1 lie to us like that. I RECEIVED MINE ON THE 29-01-11 haven't u find out something already?
I just got an sms on my mobile today with the same msg. But I knew 1 week ago that this type of msg would be sent to me. This is how I found out; I was searching for share accommodation on www.gumtree.com.au and came across this ad,

"Great room near Glenferrie Station & Swinburne Uni
A full furnished room Price: $600AUD per month (single), $400AUD per person per month (couple) Bills are not included This apartment is located in Hawthorn (near Glenferrie Station, only 6 minutes ... $140.00 Hawthorn 30/12/2010 "

If you call the mobile number on this ad, you will go through voicemail and your mobile number would be recorded. By only listening to the voicemail recording you will surely know that it's a scam. Also by reading the Ad, you will surely know that this culprit is not based in Australia as he stated the rent as "$400AUD". I live in Melbourne and somebody who lives here in Melbourne and trying to lease out a room or house won't use "AUD" after the rent amount.

You can click on this link to prove it yourself (or the Ad. may be gone by now after reading my post)

I got this message yesterday and spent a lovely day thinking about how I would spend it, improve my life and the lives of my family and friends. Then I realised that it wouldn't change anything fundamentally and my life is not so bad that money is going to make a really big difference- so yes, it is scam and it is fraudulent but I found it an interesting experience!!
