Can you explain why you call Fujitsu such a fraud company? Will look forward to hear your complete detailed story

Can you tell me reason for this? There are many such companies in India. Recently, I found something about Baroda, India based software company Rigel Networks. My friend working there told me, at Rigel Networks, all policies are company oriented. Rigel Networks has good marketing skills and they trap customers. Rigel Networks shares only good customer references but many clients have taken off projects. There are always problems with employees salary and resignation. Rigel Networks never pay full monthly salary and after signing resignation, employee has to work without salary for months without assurance of getting that money. Hence, many times employees leave Rigel Networks without informing company and this create more problem for customers. It seems Rigel Networks is a worst company in India for customers and employees.

Fujitsu is a worst company in world which i havent seen till date as i am ex employee of this company i prefre not to join inthis company as i[censored] have the project u will be king i[censored] dosent have the project in u rr hand they remove u without mercy or any thing mostly in SAP practice i suggest u not to join where it happen to me not in this case but in th other

I agree with XTYZ with the same experience.

I fully agree with XTYZ, because of following reasons.

1. Top people accepting bribe to recruit FRESHERS through certain channels.

2. Psychophants are promoted and duly taken care of.

3. The top management people are not competent professionals, but petty bandwagon of the smart chap Lokesh Sikaria, who sold the company Rapidigm and left these worthless people at FUJITSU. He did not consider them even worth to take them to his another (then) venture Sparta Consulting.

Now he has again sold Sparta Consulting to KPIT, but one must not be surprised if there are the similar charactyeristics in Sparta Consulting / KPIT as well. Promoting Nepotism and Favoritism are the characteristic of HOJAI Global -> Rapidigm -> FC and then Sparta Consulting series.

Beware of all that.

This is worst company. They are just recruiting employees for one or
1.5 month and also they are not paying salary of working days after
completing the project module .And again they are recruiting one more
person, that person completed one more module . They will terminate
that employee, they are saying simply client gone . Please kausul
patel, Nirav pathak, Nichal patel, Vishal Patel and Bhairav Patel they
are making big ford persons and criminal so on...

I am giving advice and suggestions please don't join this
company(Rigel Networks Pvt ltd. ) in future .
If you will join this company, your life will be spoiled .
Because we are suffered of this reason . Not only me and previous
employees of this company .

I too have an offer from fujitsu consulting India, but spoke to couple of people who worked for it & went through various websites to search about the company. I am surprised to see that not even a single person recommended me to join this company.

Also, during my interactions with them, I found people very unprofessional.

fujitsu is the worst company ever seen...they give job assuarance and take mney for that and do not even provide it with it...they jus try n make fool out of freshers...i strongly recomend not to go for training or join that company any how...

This company dose only plays with the candidates and there jobs. This company can recruit a candidate for sales job and put him / her on administrative rn on more profiles.
And they will give only few salary and that again not on time
Main problem is that THEY WILL FIRE U AT ANY TIME WITHOUT GIVING ANY REASON
This Company have meany unfair Employee policies.
Beware of this Company i[censored] got any Job offer then think twice before joining .
they just need Employee which can work for few months so they can run there business by spending very few money on salaries. And they take interview for Leading network Pvt Ltd and give u all the documents like Offer letter Joining letter of sister concern.

I m working wid Fujitsu since many months and not found a single reason to point towards company..not only in my case but there were 48 more candidates who joined along wid me..ALL R HAPPY..rashmi321 said they take money, not a single case yet has been seen where money is taken, , this Sonica says not even a single person, , , is it sure that that every single person is genuine????many reasons can b given to join it, however it is not easy that come and join..only lucky people can join and provre their worth.

I totally disagree about My most talented and trustable Company "Fujitsu consulting india ltd".
It is one of the best company of India. The people who are not aware of facilities, environment, comfortness they only can have such complaints!!!
It is very supportive towards Employees and always gives respect and support to FEMALE employees.
I would work here forever, if i get chance.
And ill be always in support of FUJITSU because...
FUJITSU ROCKS!!!

have started a company called SPARTA which has same Issues with employee are getting same treatment.
