Tell me something new about Fujitsu, what can you say about a company where President hires a VP HR (around 20 yrs experienced guy) and after sometime asks him to manager Admin, keeping all important profiles under his and his chamcha's hand. Even IIT'ians and IIM guys don't see what is happening out there in company or may be they are part of conspiracy.
Regarding AQHA (you can't talk anything about it as bhabhi of president is part of that team) and the great KHALLI (PM) doesn't even know how to manage the project (cud be a relative of some senior management guy as well).
Hope the CEO of Fujitsu reads this and makes necessary changes in the leadership if Fujitsu Consulting India and also sees why we are not making profits although we charge more then or equal to any top brands.
There are around 20-30 ppl who are married to Fujitsu and will stay with the company as they are incompetent (sorry relatives of senior management)
Good thing I see in Fujitsu is that a 4 year guy who joined as trainee can become a PM* (terms and conditions applied, you need to senior managements relative).

It has been over 14 months, i have joined Fujitsu. I have already worked with 4 more companies, but out of my 5 companies...i will say.."Fujitsu is the best", sometimes the people may have faced some problems during recession when all companies face the similar situation (even HCL and TCS was having same reason during recession - Clent is gone or project contract has been expired and so on..), But i have seen number of freshers also...who say Fujitsu is best and in Top 5 of India..In feb 2010 (before joining Fujitsu) i was in a Software private limited (the day when i finished my project, company says that project has been finished and now you can pack-up your luggage...but it doesn't mean that Company is a bad one). During recession and any other problems...we can't blame a reputed organization. Some of my friends didn't got their offer latter from Accenture and TCS even after their selection (it doesn't show that these firms are worse). Fujitsu is in more than 70 countries with more than 2.5 Lac employees all over the world. I don't think an organization with such a good profile need any other clarification

No variable component in salary, more than 45% employees are having laptops and facility to work from home, escalation facility for each employee to any of senior persons, flexible timings, facility of internal switching, direct interaction with client, lots of on site opportunity, number of CSR activities, good increment as compared to other reputed organizations, freedom to contact any person for your personal queries, friendly environment...and many more things are in Fujitsu to make any employee comfortable and proud...i have a lot of work and i am doing it with a great interest without any pressure...

I have been working with company for last one year. I found Fujitsu is one of the best company to work with. There are many company where your office timing based on client you are working. But Fujitsu is company which asked my timing. Flexibility may be word for others. But for fujitsu it has meaning.
I am working with Fujitsu, it's waste of my time and dump manager here. They are careless and worse company in India to work with. There are highly unprofessional manager here. They are lobby base company where you need to be from Andra or orissa otherwise you will not get good work with this company.Please request people joining or thinking of giving interview please drink poison and die than joining fci
Yes fujitsu consulting India pvt Ltd is one of the worst company in the world. I am part of Aditya birla SAP implementation project team...I got very bad experience when I was on client side. Project manager use to give humiliating treatment.. When it has been to informed to my Employee manager, no cognizance was taken. All the top management has nothing to do with employee concerns.
Company policies are changes with person to person, project to project and country to country. It’s like TALIBAN where all Middle Management and top management behaves like MULLA OMER.
They will not bother about employee willingness...only threaten the employee to do the work, else they will terminate or ask the employee to put the paper

It depends how you look at it if you are a senior consultant on bench it is free money for you.No one even checks whether you have come to office you can go on leaves without anyone even checking. Muft ke 40, 000 mil rahe hain mahine ke why complain yaar . Jeeyo!.

There is NO respect for Ladies. Managers harsh and humiliate them very badly with the name of Business requirement or Project requirement.
If you are a big chamca or having a BIG tongue(lambi jib) then it is one of the best company company as few guys said in post.
Few people wrote in favour and appreciate, because here in FCIPL(Fujitsu Consulting india pvt ltd.) Every Policy and Process has different meaning for every individual accordingly is your relation with managers (PM/EM). So accordingly policy and process bent and have different meaning.
But if you have even a little knowledge or talent or skills then this is NOT a good place to work.
Professionalism. In Every single thing there is cheating/biased/fraud.
All Good Managers resigned from TOP mgmt.
If you raise ur voice or VOCAL then you will be culprit.

this is true. m also x-employee of FUJITSU, here NO MNC standards has been followed in any situation. here toilets are conference room for sweepers they talk loudly in toilets, there is no neatness & cleanness in canteen & in toilets, there is no transparency in recruitment & so on
Horrible company...the trainer for SAP is a joker...he brings his digicam and snaps pictures, tries to sketch...there is a hell of regionalism...support project people get all the pay...married auntyji's act smart...real unprofessional behaviour

Now a days Fujitsu faking peoples. Because i have proof about company. In August, 06, 2016 i got selected for Fujitsu in bangalore yamlur road office. I got Letter of Intent in same day. Then after 7 days i got a mail from Fujitsu ki Congratulation you are selected for our last round of discussion and please send all the documents then i have sent all the documents. But still i did not get any offer letter. This people just faking and they are playing with me like anything. Please don't play with people like this. I am also very upset to write about my favourite company fujitsu. Sorry but it is true because i have suffered.

Can I get my Relocation expenses 20K back from Fujitsu India Pvt Ltd, Pune as they deducted forcefully when I left company in last day without prior intimation to me & I had no option to save the amount. I requested to HR but they told me that we will not issue experience letter to you without deducting this amount.
Actually I joined FCIL on 21 JAN, 2011 & my last working day was 16 DEC, 2011
When I joined the company, there was 6 month probation period & policy said that if you left the company before 6 months then you will have to give 20K back to Company. But I had resigned after 7 month in September 2011 & that time policy was same.
But before 5-6 days from my LWD 16 DEC, 2011 policy get suddenly changed that now the probation period is 1 year. And they deducted 20K forcefully on my LWD from F&F settlement. Because generally employees don't have proper knowledge/ route how to stop Management monopoly about this type of fraud with employees.
So I had no option at all, requesting you to please look into the matter i.e. employee right issue vs IT company (FCIL) monopoly. I want this monopoly should be stopped & deducted money back as they deducted forcefully from my F&F settlement.
If more details required from my side I am ready to give you the proof also.

Fuitsu is good brand. But in India due to mis management. Management is not good they cannot get good projects. Do not pay well. No HR other than making stupid rules. People are depressed. Management in Japan should bring in better management at top.

I am part of AQHA development team. In this 6 months more than 10 employees have left and few of them were very senior and old employees.
This project is already delayed, due to wrong time estimation given to the client by the Project manger and seniors. Now days its too tough to work there. All developers have been forced to stay more than 10-12 hours on daily basis in office. Even we have been forced to work on weekends.In terms of benefits no comp off is provided by the company.
If we refuse to work extra hours and weekends, project manger threats to escalate this to Seniors.
Due to un necessary pressure, few of the developer have suffered from Blood pressure problems.
