[Resolved]  Future Capital — harassment and discrimination

Dear Team,

I went to purchase a double door fridge from Sangeet appliances in Lajpat Nagar, my intention was to buy the product in cash however a representative of Future Capital insisted me to buy it through him, he proposed me a plan in which I had to pay 1/3rd of the MRP in advance and the remaining would be split in 8 emis with no interest or file charge, he made me fill all the relevant documents and took the token payment.

Next day Fridge was delivered, now all documents were subsequently filled and submitted by me but Future Capital made some error from their end and the ECS form was rejected (dont know for whar reason)

this purchase was made in Mach2013, now I was assuming the all the emi's were going out of my account unless a rep from Future Capital called me in August and statred harrasing me and pput an alligation on me that none of the emi's have gone out.

I approached my bank and they told me that the ECS was never presented, I went to Future Capitals branch in Green Park Delhi to sort this out but I was not treated properly and no one took any interest.

Finally collection agents are been sent to my house for last 1 months and they have been harrasing ladies in my family and talking in improper language in my absence, reps have been calling me 50 time a day and are pressurinsing me to make the entire payment.


My request to you is please settle this issue for me as I am willing to pay provided my emi's should start afresh as I cant afford to pay the entire amount in 1 go also as its not my fault I request the interest to be waived.

I never received any documents from Future Capital and suprisingly I was never provided with any loan ac no.
