[Resolved]  Future Capital — Intentionally put my name in Cibil and harassing me

Dear Sir

Future Capital has intentionally put my name in CIBIL as 1EMI overdue where as it is not true.

They are not providing me the details of the norms of company about how can they charge an amount Rs 800/- for bounce charges &Rs 300/- for penal charges just for few days for a single ECS bounce.

I am facing problem in getting Loans so they have to compensate me as in spite of requesting them they are not rectifying the same.

Pls treat it as urgent.
