I undersigned Mrs Urmila Parmar holding 1No. of tree with certificate no. 6810 and application no. 65651 & serial no. 6810, Folio no. U/86, Distinctive No. 8038. I had invested INR 1000/- in 29.07.1992 with M/s Gaekwad Plantations Ltd, Regd. Office Mukund Farm, At & Po. Dumad, Ta: Savli, Dist. Bardoda & Corporate Office : 404, Paradise Complex, Sayajigunj, Vadodara 390005. As per the scheme offer, on my investment of INR 1000/- , I must get INR 100000/- after 17 years of period which is already matured in 2009 year.
