Dear Sir,
Galaxy Motors(Mobile No.: [protected]), Lucknow sold us the services of car. The car is in the name of my brother Mr. Pankaj Rajput. Car Mkae is WagenR and No. is UP32AZ8595. They sold the services through Mr. Shiv Prakash Pal on dated 01.11.2009.
Now everytime when I am going to them they claim that their machines are not working as they have to do this now free of cost because they had charged once from me to give services.
I am having the coupons and brouchers from them.
Kindly take the necessary step against them.

galaxy mobiles,lucknow — bill payment
i have gone to the above mention store on 3rd june at 8 p.m. to deposit the bill. but they refused to take it. & behave very rudely. & said that payment can be made upto 6:30 pm only & it is a policy of vodafone not us. but at the same day at 9 pm times telecom mahanagar, lucknow has taken the payment on reciept no. 494707 . & told to us that there is no such policy from vodafone. please tell us that what is reality. & take the necessery action.regards,
