[Resolved] Galgotia's college of Engineering and Technology — Caution Money of 2007 pass out student not returned | |||
Hi, I did my B.Tech. from Galgotia's College of Engineering and Technology and passed out in July 2007. Since then I have asking for the caution money deposit (Rs 5000/-) which the college is supposed to return once the student has passed out of college. But every time I visit them or call them they tell me that the the cheque has not been signed. It has been 3.5 years since I passed out of that college and the Galgotia doesn't seem to be interested in returning what is rightfully mine. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||

Yes i am also agree. They are not doing fair deal.
The apathy which the student has to face after passing out from this college is amazing! They keep on giving me the runaround even 3 years after the course completion for such a stupid amount. It is not a matter of money but a matter of principle and I am beginning to think that this college has lost them all. Now I want that 5k + damages for the harassment.

I even went to college 2 times to get the cheque. First time they told me that holidays are going on so come after 2 months. 2 months later when I visited college, they told me that your cheque is ready but not signed. Please come after a week. After that i have tried calling them several times but got the same response everytime I call. This is really frustrating. College has lost all its rappot whatever was remaining for its alumni.
Please take some strict action against them.

We should file and FIR against these people and drag them to court and charge them for all the mental harassment which they have caused to us and claim all the damages.
I agree with you my friend. I am also a passout of the 2007 batch and haven't received the security money as yet. I have been calling up the college people from the past 8 months and I am surprised how everytime they can come up with a such lame excuses and so weird comments which sometimes compel me to think that these accounts people should get one tight slap for harassing the students.
At times they say :
1. cheque is ready but not signed... WTF
2. Chairman is not in india... I guess he has eaten up our money and spending all parents money in his leisure activities.
3. the complete accounts dept is on leave.
4. their student Database has got corrupted.
This is really disgusting..these people are good for nothing..
I regret doing my engg from this college.
I would request the concerned person to look into this matter and help all those who are suffering because of such fools.

yes i agree, they still make these lame excuses. i m from 2010 batch and they r still adamant on eating up all money.. sore losers, beggars...

I am also one of the sufferer, pass out 2010 batch.
I visited number of times to collage and they simply give the reason:- "cheque is ready but not signed"
and if you try to enqury about yr cheque then they talk in very rude manner and said that:- "you come after a month then we will look into the proceedings then again come after a month...".
Its really painful for me and nunber of students like me and no body is responsible for anything in this collage.
Everyone is busy in just making money and harassing the students.
Its my request to all the suffered students and related persons, please, help us to get our money back.
