Ganapathy raja enterprises — delay in serveice and carelessness.

Dear sir,
We have transferred our gas connection from Basaveshwarnagar to Jayanagar Bangalore during june 2009.Several time we have visited the distributors outlet but for one or the other reasons they have made us to wander here and there. At last on 7/8/2009 we have managed to get the consumer number and booked for a refill as on date but till date we have not received refilled cylinder.
In addition to this they are irresponsible and rude in their behavior while attending customer request please look into the matter immediately and help consumer mass a good service in future please give me feed back.

Dear Bharath gas authority/directors,

Is this the way of your service?.I am now in service at SBI, as Branch Manager. If my fate is like this what would be for a common man? Since one month we dont have gas. of course we have booked the cylinder on 07/08/2009, but till date it is not delivered. Hats off to you for your tremendous customer care...!
