[Resolved]  Gas Connection — Not Transfering My connection- Consumer ID 619158

Dear Sir,

This is in reference to my experience with Kshitij Hp gas agency at Mulund east Mumbai.

I had got transferred my connection to This agency from another agency from Goregoan East mumbai.

I had a double cylineder connection. When I submitted my transfer papers to Kshitij Hp gas agency at Mulund east Mumbai they had issued me one connection and told that they would provide me 2nd connection in month time. Later i forgot to ask for 2nd connection

I am relocation my self and I asked this agency to give me transfer of connections

This agency is not giving me transfer and suggesting following reasons for the same

1. I havent kept reord of when i receieved cylinders in my consumer card
As per them iam not using this conection, where i am using this connection for almost 2 years now

2. Agency asking for receipt of last cylinder i got
Which I havent preserved, never reliased that this will be that big a problem

3. They had come for inspection some time in jan 07, i wanst in time in town and they assumed iam not occupying my flat and they think the connection is dead
Iam okay providing my falt lease agreement to show that i lived in the flat for two years

When i asked that if thing iam not using this connection then why dont you show the bokking i have done in recent past but they are not willing to show, I am araid they are not misusing my connection

This agency have highly unprofessional staff and dont care a damn think about consumer inconvenience

I hope you will step in here to put things in right prespective
