Gas Booking Failed but Payment Deducted

I attempted to book a gas cylinder through your website on[protected] at approximately 2:19 PM IST. The payment was made via Google Pay (UPI) and the amount was successfully deducted, but the booking did not go through. It has now been over 24 hours, and the amount has not been refunded.

Hp gas booking transaction failed, and amount deducted from bank account

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a gas refill that I booked through the HP online portal. On 30th September 2025, I made a payment of Rs. 905 via PhonePe at 12:24:28 PM. However, the status on your portal reflects that the transaction has failed, yet the amount has been successfully debited from my account.

Display brightness reduced after the new update

Cheating in fuel volume

On 19th March 2024 at 17:02:30 hours, I filled diesel in my Renault Lodgy vehicle using auto stop mode.
My vehicle was showing reserve and hence stopped for filling diesel while coming home.
To my surprise the machine read 52.41 litres, and he charged Rs 5, 012. I told them the vehicle has a total capacity of 50 litres only; it had fuel in reserve, and in auto stop it will stop earlier at 75-80 per cent...

      Today I went to the petrol pump at the Mansi crossroads. and I asked the person at the petrol pump to fill power of Rs 100. Being always cautious at such places I started noticing all the formalities by him. Now as soon as he placed the pump into my vehicle he did not lock the dispenser nozzle and held it with his hand which was been noticed by me. I even tried to stop him from doing that by just asking him to stop but he gave me some irrelevant excuse and kept doing so.

      This happened to me on 8th April 2024 at the Mansi petrol pump, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
      There are only one to two units where power(petrol) is provided by that petrol pump.

            My gas connection illegally transferred to a different person

            I had a gas connection with "DHAR and SONS" with my name in Kolkata. But when I left I had closed the connection. At that time they did not give me a TV stating various excuses.

            Recently I have shifted to Bangalore and visited a gas agency for a new connection. But they are saying that my Adhaar Number is showing against an existing connection with a different person name "Indrani Mandal" whom I dont know and the gas agency...
