Have booked gas cylinder on 30/06/2026 through upi on myhpgas.in and made payment through payment portal through upi by using amazon pay upi. My transaction through amazon upi was successful and amount debited from my a/c. Hp pay order id is[protected]. I have lodged complaint in hp portal and but no response from their side.

My consumer number is 612232 and linked mobile number is [protected]....

As per the above subject, I had noticed that hp petrol pump situated in karbi chowk nagpur, Agrasen chowk CA road nagpur and Dosar bhawan chowk CA road nagpur is not running their density display on machine also while filling petrol in our vehicles we get less quantity of petrol and if we questioned them they reply that they are in regular intervals filling underground tanks, so for that reason density display is not...

I have till now received 24 sms today on just one fuelling done at Tardeo Service Station. This fuelling was done on Fastag and am suppose to get just one sms. This is very irritating and cannot even block the same. SMS have come from JK-HPCLIS, JD-HPCLIS and QP-HPCLIS. Please can you look into the same and stop further SMS from coming....

I have tried many ways to login with my credentials in HPGAS portal.
as per portal my password is wrong and when i try to reset the password it throws an error "String or binary data would be truncated."
i tried it with web and Mobile app. both places its shows the same error.
