[Resolved] GBTU — Transcript bribing

I am planning to go for the higher studies through GRE and TOEFL. I have applied for the Transcript in the UPTU University, a mandatory document for the verification of the marks. its been 1 month the clerk didn't issue the transcript and daily he says to come next working day. Now he is demanding directly 1500 Rs. extra for issuing the Transcripts and ready to give the transcript in next one hour else wait for next one month or more. After all I have to give him because my process is on the edge and I already spent too much on this process but, is it right way? Today I feel first time that I made a mistake by doing my degree from this University. If anybody can tell me how to stop this? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

UPTU is a university of bas***** and full of callous people who care little for the higher education and are essentially money scavengers. What else can you expect from an university of a state where corruption is running in the blood of common people.

We all have experienced the same behavior from University authorities. Apart from taking bribes, they behave as if students are their servants in spite of the fact that they are in their respective positions because of students.

Some strict action must be taken against the University authorities.
