this is with regards to the personal loan i( Shilpa Ghayalkar) had availed from GE Country consumer financial services..but its awful to be associated with the said since long it was way back in the year 2006 loan account no being RBOROO647813. i had fore closed my first loan taken from the said dated 21/11/2006..the foreclosing amount being 22212 rs with the foreclosure charges of 888 rs later they sanctioned for me personal loan of amount 89600 rs dated 26/06/2007 loan account no being RPMU00043181.FOR 36 MONTHS again which i took & fore closed the same on 22/2/2008 with the foreclosure amount being 56223 rs with foreclosure charges of 2249.. later i was sanctioned with the amount of 170000 rs for which i was promptly repaying the EMI's as earlier from jan 2009 to dec 2009 but unfortunately due to heavy losses in my business & facing acute monetary problems & all the more with my physical illness i couldn't repay the same & since then i am facing horrible harassment from GE Country..though i have been requesting them for the foreclosure..but they are getting worst day by day all the more harnessing my parents who are senior citizens at home & at my work place since i have just got a new job..i had asked for settlement six months back to which i spoke to one of their officer who assured me that he would give all the details for settlement but i don't know what went wrong there was no initiation from their side since then...! but now again they have got up from their sleep & started with the same policies of harassment..but for this time i am going to consumer court along with a strong legal action on GE Country consumer financial services coz on 21st july 2012 they called up continuously to my office & home later one of their representative had reached my home ..at my work place too they have harnessed me a lot..there was no document saying if there are any issues regarding the payment my work place or any of the department at work is responsible for the same ! though even now i have asked their representative mr sachin kadam who had come home for settlement there is no reply..as he has assured his officer would call..they have denied of giving any contact numbers & when i tried calling to the no's from which i had received calls from them the reply i got was "they are keeping busy hence they would call later" anyways i shall be taking this matter to press..media & legal...
