I have purchased a two wheeler on 19th Oct 2006 from the dealer (A.K Agencies), Padi from GE Countrywide Consumer financial services (Aminjikarai branch) on EMI basis. All the dues were closed long back, however I have not received NOC till date.
As my vehicle crossed 15 years, I am applying FC (Fitness Certificate) on Ambattur circle RTO.
While we tried to contact the company, we noticed that the company was closed and no contact number available to get NOC.
I request you to NOC certificate from the company asap to proceed futher.
Note: I have attached original RC copy in the attachment.

My dad had purchased a car with financial by GE Countrywide, but he had not acquired the NOC on completion of the loan payment. As the car is due for re-registration I tried and was unable to trace a Company office or point of contact who can provide me with the same. Please point me in the right point of contact - email or contact no or address or company portal ; from where I can get the required details.

I had taken a car loan on 2004. I have promptly completed the loan on time, while the last cheque of mine was not presented from your end and your representative came and collected the amount.
Recently i found that in cibil report the amount was "settled" which is not true. The g. E country wide haven't "settled" any amount. I have paid full loan amount and after that i have received an noc from your end and later with the noc hypothecation of vehicle was changed to my name.
Currently i am not having any supporting documents, as i received noc and i have sold the car. When i went for a loan to bank, its showing that my cibil scores are not qualified to issue a loan as g. E country wide has "settled" my previous loan.
I request you to kindly take up this matter and remove "settled" status from the cibil as full loan amount along with interest rate has been paid as per your statement.

this is with regards to the personal loan i( Shilpa Ghayalkar) had availed from GE Country consumer financial services..but its awful to be associated with the said since long it was way back in the year 2006 loan account no being RBOROO647813. i had fore closed my first loan taken from the said dated 21/11/2006..the foreclosing amount being 22212 rs with the foreclosure charges of 888 rs later they sanctioned for me personal loan of amount...
