My dad had purchased a car with financial by GE Countrywide, but he had not acquired the NOC on completion of the loan payment. As the car is due for re-registration I tried and was unable to trace a Company office or point of contact who can provide me with the same. I had taken a car loan on 2004. I have promptly completed the loan on time, while the last cheque of mine was not presented from your end and your representative came and collected the amount.
Recently i found that in cibil report the amount was "settled" which is not true. The g. E country wide haven't "settled" any amount. I have paid full loan amount and after that i have received an noc from your end and later with the noc hypothecation of vehicle was changed to my name.
Currently i am not having any supporting documents, as i received noc and i have sold the car. When i went for a loan to bank, its showing that my cibil scores are not qualified to issue a loan as g. E country wide has "settled" my previous loan.
I request you to kindly take up this matter and remove "settled" status from the cibil as full loan amount along with interest rate has been paid as per your statement.
