I had purchased Bajaj Motor Bike CT 100- KA-05-EP-6596 under HP with GE Countrywide Finance Co. Ltd., from Bangalore on 3.10.2003. Chassis number DFFBKF87581 & Engine No. DMMBKF43021. They have closed the operations in Bangalore & any letter sent to their Sampige Road, Malleshwaram & Krishna Temple Road, Indira Nagar, Bangalore addresses are returning stating Company shifted.
RTO officials says - No affidavit will help & only NOC from financier will help in clearing the HP. Some officials also say that, GE Countrywide is merged with some bank which we are not aware.
Pls inform me, with which Bank it is merged, so that we contact them to obtain the NOC.
