However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

The PF claim has been submitted by my ex-employer, GE Countrywide Consumer Financial Services Ltd. on 3rd october, 2008 for withdrawal. The same is still not paid.
I have tried to get the status on http://epfindia.nic.in/ > Know your claim Status >
The response is "Establishment not exists"
As informed by ex-employer the concerned RPFC is as follows:
