Because my father does not have any email id to follow up

Issue: this is to notify that my dad is using this services from last15 months, every month he had given the payment before due date
I have never received statment before due date, still as a good customer without any complaint i have make the payment on time
Unhappy with services
As now am not interest in ur services so i want to exit from gemoney cash card...
I have send the courier with letter and card to ur new delhi office because u have never given me good services always charging me late fee... Without getting statment

Yesterday i called up to customer care for help

I had chat with ajay agarwal when i asked for the complaint which is given todays
After doing all the verification, he repleid tht our system is under upgradation

Near abt 1 hr i had an argument with him, i gave all my detail with verification done by my father... I made him very clear tht my father is not keeping well he is heart patient... Still he was doing argument with my father about payment and other stuff harassment
Statement problem

Annual fee: amt rs 335.94
Interst chrgs: 22.53
[protected] outstation cheque fee: 84.27
Payment received; 1090
Total amt due: 441.78
When i paid the payment before due date how am been charged for late fee and other stuff.
Can u given the explanation that i have given the cheque of rs1090 dated[protected] icici bank ltd at par chq, than how u have charged me rs84.27
From last 6 month i have given the payment from at par chq only at tht time why u have not charged me

Look sir at seem tht u are not updating the payment properly
As per ur ivr and customer care executive my outstanding is rs 1255.71 as on 7-9-2007
As per mr arun kumar shou
He had done the settlement up to final amt rs550 which i have to pay by this month
But can u tell me why u have charged annual fee and than interest on that amout
Can i now on wht basis u are charge the amt than revert back
As per mr arun kumar, he said tht all the settlement is done u have to pay only rs 550
I asked for request number for my reference, he replied tht we do not have any request or complaint no
U want the waiver else i revert back
I ask him to pls transfer the call to ur manager i have to take this issue, very rudely he replied no manager on floor
Wht i said is final, u want th waiver or not
As per ur customer care ivr this call can be use for internal traning i request u to pls play this call so tht u come to now how he was talking to me
He was only doing argument with me, finally is disconnect the line
This is case of harassment to customer and if i not got any resolution, am goining to file case in cort for harassment to my family for payment
I make u very clear am not going to pay single payment now..
I want exit from agony tht is (Gemoney cash card)
Becoz of tht executive
