[Resolved]  GE Money India — Reg: Cancellation of card on Year 2008

Dear Sir,

We already inform you that we cancel the card on November 2008. with prior letter to ge money.. We dont receive any confirmation from ge money side.. ...After 4 years how come bank sending me statement for the same.. ge money bank is doing fraud with the customers.

Please send me written confirmation that my account has been closed. Also, please confirm that ge money have notified all appropriate credit card bureaus that this account was closed at my request. And also mention no amount is due.

We will not pay you that amount and we wanted to launch complaint against ge money bank .
