Gemini Enterprises — late gas delivering

dear sir,
I am customer of gemini enterprises at next to tehsil, nagarfgarh, I have booked my cylinder 12 days before but when i called 6 may to the office the said to me that the cylinder will be delivered 7 may but today 12 days over , the refill cylinder have not received then i decided to complaint to the indane gas agency .when I called up the toll free consumer line [protected]. first time they pick up my phone but you are put on hold indefinitely and another time the number show me busy. this is to be always and all month.
