I bought a GEOX show recently and a month after that i was walking during by business trip at a trade show in thailand and suddenly the sole of the show went off from the back. It was so bad for me and i have to rush straight to a Mall to buy a new shoe .
I never expect such quality with an international brand like GEOX.

Totally dissapointing. I bought a pair of Geox shoes from Metro Shoes at The Lifestyle Store at Phoenix Mills, Lower Parel. Within a couple of months and a few times of wearing it, the sole opened up from the side and inspite of having it mended from Metro Shoes ( where I bought them from) the same thing happened again in a couple of days. I have decided never ever to buy this brand again because the only thing they are high on is the price and not on the quality and standard of its products.

I had the same experience in geox shoe. This was my very first pair, after wore for 2 times, i realise how can my right ankle has blister while my left foot is fine wearing the same shoe. To my curiosity i decided to compare carefully on both side of the shoe & found out that the right pair of the shoe was made to a much higher side compare with the left shoe which cause my right ankle to hurt badly. I was shocked as there is QC sticker stick to the shoe box. I brought the shoe back to the shoe stall for them to check, they took my shoe back & came back to say their HQ has no such pair of shoe to compare with.. Why need to compare with the same model as they could already see the difference by seeing the left & right side of the shoe? This is so disappointing as this brand is claiming to be the most comfortable shoe.

I have to think this post and these comments are a few errors in the millions of shoes Geox sells. Mine are over a year old now and they look brand new. The sole has worn through from daily wear, but that is a wear issue, it is not "falling off" nor is the waterproof seal broken. These are far and away the best shoes I have ever owned that cost me $46 on sale at the Geox store in Victoria, BC, Canada.
I could not be more satisfied with my pair. They have been waterproof as represented for two winters in Seattle, WA. I will certainly be buying Geox again.

I bought a new pair of Geox high heel black leather shoes from Geox outlet at Great World City, SIngapore. The design is a Mary Jane type with strap across the top of the shoe. Today, the strap broke - and mind you, this is only the 3rd time I'm wearing them. I've been googling all over and so far cannot find any avenue to complain regarding this product liability. I must say I'm utterly disappointed in the after sales service for GEOX here. Is there any quality control at all?
I have only worn the shoes once but the insoles for both side of the shoes are already coming off due to the friction from my feet and I have to buy insole padding to prevent them from falling off further. I also believe that both side of the shoes are not symmetrical. While my right foot feel fine, the same cannot be said for the other side. It's a shame that they have all these manufacturing defects or irregularities despite being such a renowned international brand. Utterly disappointing.

i got a pair of geox shoes on 50 % sale for Rs 2, 999... i was very happy wen i purchased this pair.. i got it in the month of October 09. now its already 5 months up n i hv worn thm only 3 or 4 times.. reason- it hurts badly.
i get blisters afetr 2 hours of weraing them n m not able to walk...
it is such a pain tat i feel that its better to buy cheap shoes which atleast go on for a good 1 or 2 months..
m vry sad n hate lukin at them even...

A happy ending to the complaint I had: a very good staff ( a man) at Centrepoint branch of Geox shoes replaced the faulty shoes, albeit of a different colour. This goes to show that good service staff make a world of difference, regardless of the strength of a brand. Employers, please take note and employ good men/ women.
I bought the shoes in London while traveling. 2 days later the shoe hole was torn while tying the laces and 3 days in Rome the right side of the right shoe opened. i tried to find the client support on Geox site but it does not exist. Very disappointing
I am using the Geox Respira, Petent No. 0382904 which was purchased from Select Citywalk, Saket . But the unit is not comfertable at all . The fingures of foot is not getting comfert . So plz look in the matter.

I ran into Geox childrens shoes at a locally owned shop in Portland, Oregon USA. I was so pleased to find a great sale shoe (still spendy for me) for my son who has an extra wide foot. After 2 weeks I decided to pull out the insole...I don't know why I did...maybe I had the "they breath" sales pitch we got in my mind...well, the insole was completely mildewy. We had not even began the fall season and my son always wears socks. I was able to have the shoe store do an exchange w/different style & color. Now, I run into the delima again. I am hoping to find replacement insoles to give the shoe alittle more life.

I bought a beautiful pair of GEOX leather, lace up & zipper, lined leather boots. After only 5 times wearing they felt strange in the heel. When I looked underneath the entire heel had a hole in it (the rubber sole had chipped & fallen out). The other boot heel wasn't as bad but a hole was beginning & it's obvious that it would eventually fall out. I've emailed GEOX Customer Service but have not heard back. I'm going to try calling to see if they'll replace them. It doesn't sound promising based on the other reviews.

Twice I wore geox shoes and they cause terrible blisters on my feet and tremendous pain. I have bought it Euros 120,00 and now I don't want to see that shoes. Geox soles do not last. They are not well designed and tend to separate from the upper and also harden over time. They look good and may be comfortable for a year or two before you have to throw them away.
Portland — sole of Shoes is break
I have purchase a shoes to this company, with three months warrenty, but before three months its shole is break then i return to the shoes in Shop & shop owner say that i[censored] refund the amount is more then 80% of purchase you can get, but when refund amount is come after 1 months it is 50% of Purchase rate.Then i asked the Shop Manager, why this? then he say to me you can use this shoes 2 months 20 days, if you return the shoes before 1 months then u grt 80% of Purchase.
