Few days back I purchased 2 pairs of Geox shoes. Hardly I used it for a day and it developed deep wrinkles. It looks so odd now.

I purchased school shoes for my son by the end of May which I returned 2 days later via UPS within the Geox return policies!
Till today, the 1st of September I am fighting to get my money returned. I am treated like a stupid child in the email correspondence by the Geox customer service: excuses over excuses and apologies for the process taking so long; the most recent excuse from today is: the returned good would still be with UPS in transit! Months later! Don't know how but at the end of the day this is not my problem!
I returned the item and therefore I am eligible to get my money back!

I had ordered 3 pairs of geox shoes on www. geoxindia. net. in but had not received yet after 20 days. They are not even responding to emails.

I have not yet received my order but it is showing delivered how?? I dont know anything i just need my order or refund. Do something as soon as possible. I was not at home today, the deivery boy called my father, he was at office, and my father gave him the adress of our house, and after that i dont know what happened. I have just seen now that the order is delivered. I have done netbanking. I need my order back. Do something. Please or i need refund.

I bought few pair of shoes from geox store india however i have received one of them with incorrect sizes. But to my utter surprise when i when i went to the store again to return the article with incorrect size the sales man there was very rude & they weren’t ready to listen anything. They were so rude & in the end one of the sales man threw threw that pair of shoes. This isn’t really appectable & will also plan to to take legal action against tge salesman, the store & the company itself.

I have tried at least 11 times to follow instructions on the Geox website as to how to get a RAN number which is necessary before I can return a product. The Geox website has clear and complex instructions on how to return a product. Unfortunately, for the customer, the returns section of the web site does not respond. Following instructions I have tried to log on to 'my account' . Each time the web site sends me to the shopping page. I have emailed customer services and have not received a response. Apparently there is an EU directive for long distance sales which I will have to try especially as I have to return the product within 14 days.

I BOUGH A PAIR OF GEOX SHOES FROM ISTANBUL SHOP.

WHEN I USED THEM IN THE FIRST DAY , AFTER A WHILE, THE SHOES STARTED GIVE ME PAINING AND KIND OF BURNING OF MY FOOT. THOSE PROBLEMS CAUSED OF NOT WALKING PROPERLY.
THATS WHY,I WANTED TO GO HOME SOON.
NEXT DAY, THE PROBLEMS OF SHOES GAVE MORE TROUBLE ON MY FOOT AND FINGERS SUCH AS:MORE PAINING,SOME WOUND AND MAKING RED. AFTER THAT I WENT TO A DOCTOR AND SHOWED MY FOOT PROBLEMS.
I GOT A REPORT AND MEDICINES FROM THE DOCTOR FOR THE PROBLEMS.

LATER ON,I TOOK BACK THE SHOES AND DOCTOR REPORT TO THE SHOPS AND TOLD THE PROBLEMS.
SAID TO ME THEY WOULD SENT THEM TO THE HEAD OFFICE FOR QUALITY AND OTHER CHECKING.

FINALLY AFTER 20 DAYS ,THE SHOP TOLD ME THEY COULDNT FIND ANY PROBLEMS ON THE SHOES.
THEREFORE, WE CANT CHANGE OR GET RETURN THEM.

DONT BUY ANY GEOX SHOES.

On a recent visit to Atria Mall I saw the Shoe Tree Outlet and some interesting looking shoes. The Sales men were good, in getting me to try the new international range of Goex and they explained how super comfortable, long lasting, all weather durable etc. they were.
