[Resolved] Ghaziabad Development Authority — Illegal Construction in Builders Flat, Sector 6 Vaishali, Ghaziabad | |
I am writing on behalf of 5 Flats buld on Plot 101, sector 6 , vaishali, ghaziabad. There has been an Illegal construction on the third Floor with complete room, kitchen and bathroom. We have submitted an application at GDA office 4 months back and have visited GDA office twice and have given application in person but till date no action has been taken and people are living in this illegal contrustion very peacefully. The bad affect is coming on our building as cracks have started developing in whole building . GDA has not taken any action yet and I dont know how many people have been bribed by the wrong doer. Kindly let us know what action can be taken further which is lawfull and forces GDA to take action. Please guide us. Sincerily, Residents Plot 101/6, Vaishali Ghaziabad. I have complaints for illegal construction near my house and almost all the sector-3F vaishali.
As per GDA policy there should only 3 floor building is allowed without the basement.
But now day’s builder making the building with BASEMENT having 5th floor.
If there is no action taken place within the time then there loss to many family because the construction
Quality used by the builder is very bad it is not good for 3rd floor where they are constructing up to 5th floor.
Please take proper action within the time.
