I am govind gahlot from nand gram ghaziabad (Aasram road) street no-3 block-b there is very bad condition on street the drains are blocked and whole water is stable on the street. Resident are facing problem. All of othee street road are newly built but our steer is left and we compaints many times but nothing happens. Please take any immediate action for this

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that there is illegal acquisition of gda land behind my house which is near railway tracks "house no - 270 nehru nagar, 2nd a, ghaziabad".

There is a women from lower tapka/class who is staying in this jhuggi from long time.

This is gda owned land which this women is illegally using as her own house. It is located near railway track.

As per directions from mukul singhal, all illegal land acqustions should be cleared before 31st jan 18. Hence i request you to take action on this.

Hi,
I have purchased a flat in plot. No. 699, shakti khand 3, indirapuram.in which builder "mr. Anil miglani prop. Of a. M. Buildtech pvt. Ltd. Has made a office room in parking area which is not authorized.
Building has total 16 flat out of which 12 are 2 bhk and 4 are 1 bhk.
12 bhk owner's have 1 four wheeler and 1 two wheeler parking.
4 bhk owner's have only 1 two wheeler parking.
The problem is that the total parking area is not sufficient for us because builder has a office in parking area which take the more space.
Please help us.

D. A authority persons have not clear me the time period of flat possession & im person of 70 years my health are not well im suffering from heart problem as senior citizen & due to health problems now i cannot take much tension on my mind & i want to cancell the flats & want to get back my payment by cancellation of flat. Request your office to close all the commercial activities in the basement of Vidhayak Colony, Nyay Khand 1( Plot No 25, 26, 24, 62 & Others) which is illegal for GDA. They are also encroaching all most half of the the road in their belongings. They are running day to day activities from the shop.In any residential area, commercial activities in basement should not allow GDA . Also, GDA authorities should take drastic action against the Builders who have sold basement to shopowners illegally....

It is most respectfully submitted that i am a resident of ghaziabad. I had noticed that spelling of ghaziabad at gda entrance was incorrect. I had made several complaints online at gda website. Unfortunately, no response was given by gda on this issue and mistake is still unresolved.

As, gda represents ghaziabad and this mistake creates a question mark on way of doing of gda.

With due respect i beg to state that i m resident of sector 8 chiranjeev vihar in font of sehkari nagar. You initiative for clean india through collection of garbage by moving van is recommendable but as i recite at the back side, infront of sehkari nagar so i dont have the access to this facility although i pay my house tax, and water tax on time every year to gda. So kindly provide me with the sevice of garbage collecting van i will be very thankful and feel a part of your clean india drive.

We have near a jain mandir n park so here's everyday the birthday parties n functions n jagrans n oll happenings at there but here's is no time limit of dj allows at late night. Its creates too much noise pollution that we can't sleep well, can't study n causes problms. There should be some time limit in dj allow in late night.

Sir,
I am resident of G-302(2nd Floor), Milan Vihar Phase-1, Abhay Khan-3, Indirapuram. The owner of Ground floor G-102 is illegally changing the internal structure of the building which is not permitted as per GDA guidelines and also as per the registration of the Flat. Since, this building does not have any piler, any changes in the original structure will endanger the life of all resident of this G-Block. GDA is requested to take necessary action and legal action also against the owner of Flat no-G-102, Milan Vihar Phase-1, Abhay Khan-3, Indirapuram at the earliest.

Recently builder has asked to make payment for registration whereas builder has not issued a final demand letter for 5% outstanding + possession charges balance.

I asked to show completion certificate and occupancy certificate but builder refused.

As per communicate by builder at the time of property purchase payment plan is 2:8but due to nbfc error they are ask for pls pay the 2nd demand. I have a complain regarding green belt/park adjoining to surya kanishk tower in sector-4, vaishali, ghazabad -201010 on the service lane to vaishali metro and adjoining to mahaluxmi metro tower.
Geen belt/park mentioned above is captured by influential person and their intention to capture it permanently. Construction material and debris already placed three. I think within 2-3 days, green belt will lost and concrete structure will be there.
These person does not afraid as they already capture some part of street by putting vendors and kiosks one after another since last year.

I have booked the flat in june 2013 with a promise from the builder that they will deliver within 36 months, hence the project was supposed to get delivered in june 2016. Builder requested that there was some problem and so there is little delay of 6 months or so. But now there seems to be no hope, even the rera is showing now project delivery date of may 2019. This is really unfair and builder is not responding at all and there is no assurance about the completion of the project. My hard earned money is stuck and need govt. Help here...

I am a resident of ashiana greens in ahinsa khand 2. This is to complaint regarding an empty plot near ashiana greens ahinsa khand 2 which had caught fir today morning - 26/10/2017 at 10.30 am. The fire was caused due to a lot of dry foliage at the empty plot. The plot shares its boundary wall with ashiana greens, and hence the fire had spread to ashiana greens as well. We had doused the fire using emergency fire hoses.

I am rajiv kumar ([protected]), me and my wife meenakshi purchased a flat in mahagun puram phase 2 gayatri tower flat no 2061 in year 2016, that time we did not purchase parking and mahagun people said that parking is not mandatory but now they are forcing us to purchase parking as they said its made mandatory by gda, i could not find any notification on gda site. Also, mahagun did not provide any information on the gda notification about parking. I see there are many other customers facing same issue with mahagun. Could you please help use all with this case?

I bought a flat 1484 1020 sq foot flat in year 2015 from mahagun in narmada tower, mahagunpuram phase 2, village - mehrauli, ghaziabad.

Parking was not mandatory at that time of booking and so i did not opt for parking

I do not need parking as i use public transportation.

Now when flat is ready for possession they are threating me to by parking or forget my paid money

They told me that gda has stopped flat registration without parking from past one month

When i bought the flat in 2015, gda did not have this policy and so...
