Mr Gaurav Jain have constructed 2 extra Bedrooms in second floor andf He has constructed on third floor also 1 Room and other establishments.
On compaint GDA closed my complaint on false mentioning with inflence and bribe as regularly they are getting from this NGO who gets donation from Overseas....

I want to lodge a complaint about water lodging on our roof since Long time
2nd floor Atlantic plaza Sector 4 market vaishali gaziabad 201010

We told many times to the tenant and owner to solve the problem but no action taken from them

Dear Sir,

We are residing in Indirapuram from last 5 years in the street of Avantika Park/Jain Mandir street in Niti Khand 1. This road is full of pitty holes and even no one can drive easily and in rainy season passersby most of the time got hurted due to of this bad road.
Please have a look and try to rebuild the road.

Greetings. This is to bring in your kind notice that at Cloud-9, Ahinsa Khand-2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P., Unauthorized Construction of Club House is done by Apartment Owners Association (AOA) at I-Tower Ground Floor & charging for same from Residents (If Society Residents wants to use the same.

Basically that area is for 5 Shops & as per 24th July-2024, the current Outstanding for these shops is 9, 53, 092.82 Rs.(Photocopy of Maintenance Letter Enclosed) But the current AOA done unauthorized construction on the area.

Similarly at A-Tower, without the approval of GDA construction is done. At Pushta Road GDA Land is occupied by Iron Poles & Wires.

Please note that the Society is not yet Handed Over by Builder to AOA & the Tenure of Current AOA will be over by 1st week of October 2024. After that the Builder will create problem for up coming AOA as well as Society.

In Jan-2024 (At the time of Construction of Club House at I-Tower by Current AOA) also I informed the GDA through Letter with the Photographs (I am enclosing the same with this complaint also FYI) but till date nothing happens.

The Current AOA President / Secretory, as well as entire Current AOA Team are neither following any Govt. Norms or they have the attitude that if any Resident have any problem then do whatever they want.

So, I request you please take immediate action against Unauthorized Construction at Cloud-9, Ahinsa Khand-2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P. as well as Current AOA.

Repected sir, madam,
the Indirapuram mornign walker's road is full of garbage and construction wastes at various places, that has lead to increase in number of stray dog mosquito, flys on that road. Due to this morning walkers, joggers, skaters who practice on that road, get bitten by dogs.,

location indirapuram Nale wala road next to KR mangalam school.

it is requested to remove these garbage and debry dumps to avaoide such incidents.
because of this reason mornign walkers avoind comign ehre out of fear.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the unauthorized occupation of extra and road property by the owner of plot numbers 243 in Krishna Enclave, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghazaibad.

I have noticed that the plot owner has been using the extra and road property for their personal benefit, which is a violation of the rules and regulations of the GDA and the Krishna Enclave society. This unauthorized occupation has caused inconvenience to the residents of the society, and I strongly believe that it is against the principles of fairness and equity.

I urge you to take immediate action to stop the unauthorized occupation and to ensure that the plot owner complies with the rules and regulations. I also request you to take strict action against the plot owner for violating the rules and to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution.

We live in Indirapuram. When we were returning home one afternoon, we noticed a dumping truck had stopped right in front of our house along with a pull cart. There were three sanitation staff dumping trash which was collected in the pull cart onto the floor in front of our home. Then they started to take small portions of it and dump it into the truck. When we told them this wasn't right and was highly unhygienic, one of the staff named Subhash started to fight with us. He argued that he cleans the place and has the right to do it. He also told us that he did this regularly at different spots. I have attached his photo.The truck number was UP14JT2919.
Kindly stop such practices as we were very much traumatized to see the amount of trash that they emptied in front of our house. Would you like it if it was your house ?
We want action taken against such staff and a warning issued to them to stop such activities right away.

There are more than 30 illegal cement breakers near central park in Shakti khand-4 indirapuram, ghaziabad, in which every breaker is very high in height and due to this most of the people are suffering from back pain and there are minimum 5 breaker at every at every 100m and I request to ghaziabad nagar Nigam to remove these illegal breakers

There is water logging problem in vasundhra underpass near sec 2b. Even after little bit of rain there is water logged in the underpass and people have to face a problem. Water level can be as high as 4 ft sometimes and it can be blocked for some days.
So kindly please connect that underpass with sewer so that after rain water can pass and people can easliy go through that tunnle. It will be kindly helpful.

After the rain fall.. there are bunches of branches and due to that garbage is getting to gather creating germ causing diseases.. even after so many reminder gda authority staff ask for money for there own task. Kindly take a quick action against it

डीएलएफ अंकुर विहार लोनी में MM रोड पर MM 45 में बिल्डर ने बिल्डिंगो के लेवल से अपनी बिल्डिंग इतनी आगे निकाल दी हैँ, नीचे पार्किंग की जगह 2 दुकाने निकाल दी हैँ और पीछे बेसमेंट मे एक mig फ्लैट निकाल दिया हैँ और ऊपर फ्लोर बराबर की बिल्डिंगो के लैवेल से बहुत ऊंचा करके निकाल रहा हैँ!क्या यह सारा gda से एप्रूव्ड हैँ. इसने इस तरह के unauthorized work से हमारी बिल्डिंग पूरी दबा दी हैँ!क्या इस तरह के कार्य करना इतना आसान हैँ!gda के je इस तरह के कार्यों पर कुछ एक्शन क्यों नहीं ले रहे हैँ, बड़ा सवाल हैँ gda ऐसे कार्यों के लिये अप्रूवल दे रहा हैँ!इसके लिये हम मुख्य्मंत्री कार्यालय में भी अपनी कंप्लेंट फ़ाइल कर रहे हैँ!

Said Property was buildup without beam and authorised up to 2nd floor only by your good office, also the same has been mentioned on the property documents as well.

I am an old lady 79 years old and am a resident of 9/166 sector 3 Rajendranagar Sahibabad. My neighbor Mr Mahinder resident of 9/249 has been throwing the garbage in the open on the road. Upon telling him not to do so, he is threatening. The same May please be resolved and he be directed to behave well and throw the garbage properly.

My name is Vivek Kumar . Plot No B796 Pocket B is alloted to me in Madhuban Bapudham Ghaziabad. I Have submitted three times application for the registry of my plot but till now no progress. It is almost 1.5 yr passed but no progress. Kindly do the needful.
