[Resolved]  Ghaziabad Electricity Board — No power/ Voltage

Sir,

We are having a factory at bulandshahr road industrial area.
And some truck at night hitted the meter on road and drag it . Due to which meter of my factory is also destroyed.
Do we have to pay for the expenses for both meters.
Do let me know ASAP .
As electricity board is demanding the expenses .

I strongly agree with every body who has taken the trouble to write the e-mails, you guys have to get together and arrange some kind of protest so that the politician will take notice. I am an NRI who has a flat in NIti Khand 1 I come there to enjoy my vocation but the power cuts are unbelievable. Please some one do something.

I m residing in Shalimar Garden (Main), Ghaziabad. Since last week the electric supply is so pathetic in the entire Shalimar Garden that we all are forced to survive on inverters. But again if there is no electricity the inverter is also of no use.
I don't understand what we are paying for every month. To have electricity properly or for waiting for electricity to come. The voltage fluctuation is on its high. All home appliances are on a verge of being damaged.

No official turned up even after complaining for several times. We are stranded because if this ridiculous problem. If electricity department could not supply proper electricity then at least do something to get a hold on fluctuation.

Please if some one from department is reading this then please look in the matter. Our life in here is so pissed of because of this electricity.

I don't understand if there is any mutual understanding between water and electricity deptt. that when there is water supply there is no electricity and vice versa.

i made a complainton 25/8/2010 that my meter no[protected] was running to fast since one month. ihave deposited an amount of rs 150/ on 27/8/2010 for check meter vide reciept no. 256291/ 43 . i met several time fro checkmeter to mr vk tayagi, who said alwas that there no check meter for 5kw, mr anand pal came on 24/3/2011 and he replaced the meter after seven months. during this period i have deposeted average reading 417 amount of rs 1840 per month and tota amount paid rs 12880/. now by new meter my one month reading is 290 @ 2.85, so my payment will be rs 827 + miscellanous charges
now the when i went to deposit the bill for the month of May 2011 they ask me to deposit rs 25431/ where as i have allready paid rs 1840 every month. they are not considered my complaint of fast meter . my bill for last several years rs 1000 to 1700 per month only. in July 2010 your meter reader came to my house who have seen the reading and collected the cheque but onward average payment were made as per the sdo srajendernagar, sahibabad,
please do the needfull and the amount paid in acces may be adjusted

I am a resident of Shalimar Garden Extension 2, Sahibabad UP.

We have constant power cuts every day which last for more than 14 hours. This has become a regular practice now and the matter is becoming serious. The electricity meters installed also shows inflated statistics as a result we end up paying high cost of electric supply with extremely dissatisfactory services.

I would request you to take this matter urgently and take appropriate action

Ghaziabad electricity borad should provide the best possible services to the residents, so that such complaints do not rise, and Ghaziabd may become one of the fine cities to live in India.

Hi Sir/Madem, unfortunately i m a resident of Harsh vihar, Tulsi Niketan, Bhopura, Ghaziabad, UP. the condition of electricity supply here is horrible, the officer of electricity department are well known about the situation but they are least bother to take any step to solve the problem, instead they are illegally providing electricity supply, daily there is power cut atleast for 18-20 hrs, it is almost an impossible situation for an individual to live under such condition, my request to you, is to think of being at our position and understand how we would be dealing with the situation under such circumstances.
please Sir take some serious and strict action for the desired matter

I am a resident of surya nagar, Since yesterday, 29-5-14, there is hardly any supply of electricity. The phone no. Given of electricity office, Brij vihar, is out of order for the past six months. In this scenario, whom do I approach. The least the G.E.B, can do is to provide a redressal system, on the pattern of nationalised banks.

I have been staying in Indirapuram Ghaziabad since 2 years and I have been experienced worst electricity supply in my life. I have travelled to many places even in such remote places in Himalayas and west bengal also. Nowhere I have seen such a poor electricity supply as Ghaziabad, UP whatever. In Kolkata load shedding is very rare. In Delhi we have hardly powercuts even it happens it happens for 10 to 20 minutes in a day. You are building shopping malls and multiplexes and real estates everywhere but there is no basic infrastructure which can make a person sleep for 8 hours peacefully in a hot and humid night.Shame on you.
