Power Failure
Hi Sir,
There is power failure of min. approx 8-10 hours in a day in Shahberi, Ghaziabad. Even at Nights, situation become worse, and there is power failure of 8-10 hours in night too. How can someone survive in such a hot weather without Power. Unable to sleep whole night because of that. All of our daily routines and office schedules are disturbed because of such situation.
Kindly resolve.

But the increasing bill every month
The electricity bill which is coming in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad is increasing day by day even though the usage is not much. I have a doubt that there is default in the metre. I want my metre to be checked.

In Vasundhara we daily face powercut of more than 10 hours. How we are supposed to survive without water and without electricity. The powercut happened at 12 at night and now it's 10 in morning. What are we supposed to do.

As you know tomorrow is our EID festival so how can I celebrate the festival.

I live in Vasundhara sector 11 Ghaziabad and every summer there is a lot of fluctuations issue due to which neither our ac or cooler works. We cannot sleep all night. We have approached the authorities so many times, they even asked to get water filled under our transformer and we paid for it but there was no resolution. Also, it is only happening in one lane of the area the houses opposite ours have no such problem and their Ac works all night. This is causing us sleepless nights please look into it.

Complaint about huge power cut
Hi I am residing in Vasundhra sector 2c. There is huge power cut specially in night and day. . We get so much problem. As yoy know that during in summer lack of electricity gives more problem. Please solve this problem as soon as possible

I am complaining about regular power cut in a days

I am resident of sector vasundhara, ghaziabad. Since the beginning of June2021 we am facing many power cuts in our area especially in nights. It is very irritating, even the officials do not provide proper information about reason of power cuts. The duration of power cuts sometimes extend to 7-8 hrs which cause a lot of inconvenience. Please solve the problem as soon as possible

This is to inform you that we all are facing problems of huge power cut at defence colony Bhopura sahibabad, Ghaziabad. There is no schedule of power cut. Continiously, the power would not be available at night as well as at day time, if power comes than again unavailable after 15 min to 20 min. It is very difficult to servive without power at summer time.

He was asking for bill payment so i told him that i will pay within one hours then he shouting me and use the bed language and told me if you will not give me rs. 1000.00 than i will cut your electricity supply.

Supporting wire of electricity pillar is broken by someone

Sir, myself Suresh Kumar, resident of 2B/ 228, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, UP, wants to tell that yesterday someone had broken the supporting wires of ELECTRICITY PILLAR nearby my house. And now it become very dangerous for me and my family as pillar may fall at anytime without support. It is done by the one whose car is now being parked at that place of wires. Sir u are requested to repair these broken wires as soon as possible as it is causing danger to me, my family and other passerbys. Load shedding

Vaishali Sector-2 is the worst area in Ghaziabaad. Actually Ghaziabaad itself a worst area in UP. And I must say that UP is itself a worst state of India. And especially electricity board is all corrupt. Here in Vaishali there is no any schedule for load shedding. Whenever randomly they want, they switch off the light. It seems that someone is specially sitting there to do that switch on and off regularly and randomly. I wish that the person doing this should lose his hands and the person who is responsible to order this should be rewarded with the same. You all electricity department sucks.

No electric Street poles

I on behalf of Sector-1 and Sector-3 people Vasundhara residents bring to your kind notice that electric poles are not there for the last three years on the road connecting ghaziabad to indirapuram (the road which is side by hindon canal) which is of acute urgency of all o[censored]s. Kindly look into the matter and arrange for immediate working of the same. when we went to do complaints there behaviour is very rude. PLease do the needfull

No Electricity (any time power cut)

Hi I am resident of shalimar garden extn 1 for last one year. Let me say thay ghaziabad electricity board has taken us granted for anytime power cut. Iam fine with timely power cut i.e. 2 hours morning, 2hours evening. But the board cut the power when ever they want especialy in nights. Even they do not pick the phone or if pick by chance they say there is some problem from some place which is out of their reach and they have no idea by when it will berectified. This is the story of every day and night.

Yes I agree with above post. I am also a resident of Shalimar Garden Extn.-I, and facing the same problem of power custs, Low, High voltage and poor infrastructure of wires/transformers and electric poles. UP govt. should take a step to hand over this department to a private company like in delhi for distribution and transmission. A private company can give a bette service with their qualifies engineers, linemen and good infrastructure to resolve the issue of power theft, power loss and mis use of powe like street lights on in day time.
6 to 8 hrs cut because of shortage but streets lights on in day time also. What an example of good administration.
Contract labour of meter reading, line men to control the issues is the whost part. So better just hand over this department to private hands & control it from out side. Consumer will get better service and govt . will get good revenues. now line men are earning better but govt. is loosing much.

I have shifted to Indirapuram just a couple of months back. And am already fed up about the power situation that is prevailing here. There are mammoth power cuts and nothing can be done about it other than facing the brunt of the immense heat. Water supply and food items rotting in the refrigerator are just a few more side effects of the unaccounted for power cuts. The people deputed in various electric board offices are the final icing on the cake, as their attitude towards hapless people is absolutely pathetic. No one is willing to give the right information to the suffering public and most of the times the cell numbers of these officials are switched off and landlines go unanswered. It is a plain torture for the public. An inverter also has a certain capacity to provide back up. And in the last two months, our inverter has conked off thrice, resulting in complete chaos without even a fan forget about cold water or air conditioners to help the scorching heat. The new Govt is as callous as it can be, and the tax payers have no other option but to bear the atrocities of the system.

Voltage in our area comes generally low , less than 200 V, and even fluctuates to less than 150V. At night, Voltage goes as low to 10 to 50 V. This Daily fluctuations has lead to damage of various electronic appliances and will do the same in future if such a situation keep prevails.
All residents in our area are facing this situation for many years, and inspite of many complaints and protest no strong action has been taken to solve this problem till date.
I will like to Request you to Look into this Serious matter and Kindly Take the needful action, so that this problem is resolved to the earliest and no resident faces any problem, for which act of your kindness we will be grateful to you.

This is to bring your notice about the carelessness shown by the Gyan khand -I electical staff.
on 19 th morning 4 AM, there is spark in the high tension wire in the steert of my plot no 84.
There was good lighting + sound at the time of spark.
There was possibility of an accident as electical lightning was falling on the cars parked on the road, we have any how moved the car from sparking area.
I with my collegues approach the elctric office in Gyan Khand-I, person name Rakesh and Jahid has assured me to take the action.
I have taken their cell no so that if there is delay I can call and request for the action.
Till today there is no action neither they are reachable on Phone, tried to contact with JE electrical also he is alo not reachable.
Requesting you to avoid any major accident pls instruct for the action asap.

We are suffering so badly due to inadequate supply of electricity in our area. It is so pathetic in our area that we hardly get a chance where we can praise the electricity board.
We are stranded, we cannot do any work, and i think there is a mutual understanding between water and electricity board that when there is water supply on there is no electricity and vice-versa.
I don't understand what we are paying for, either for waiting for electricity or to pray to god. I m clueless.
The officials deployed in electricity board in our area are so careless that are hardly bothered for entertain any complaint.
We are facing voltage fluctuation since last week and in spite of several complaints no one turned up.
Please look in the matter and arrange to get it resolved as soon as possible.
Even after paying life of the people of Shalimar garden is so miserable due to A Government Body for which PEOPLE ARE PAYING.

I am also a resident of Shalimar Garden. For the last one week we are also facing the problem frequent power cuts and when the power comes the voltage fluctuation is too much. As Mr. Mudaliar mentioned, we have also lodged complaints but nobody has turned-up or rectified the voltage fluction problem.

Ghaziabad Electricity Board — No Consistency in Electricity supply
Dear Madam/Siri am a resident of DLF Bhopura(C-24),
wanted to lodge a complaint against Ghaziabad Electricty Board as they are enable to provide us electricity for only 4 hrs a day, that 4 hrs supply we get in 24 hrs as a partial supply, our ineverter backup has completly failed because they need 2-3 hrs continously for restore the electricity, so i am confused what the fun they are making with us, In city close to delhi(distance 100 meter) we feel that we are in some where remote location of Africa, we had complaint the board several times but there is no result, i want to let you one thing more that if they give supply for two hars then they cut our power for 4-6 hrs and after that they give us half an hour supply...so on total they are not providing supply for more than 4 hrs...while we need atleast 12- 15 hrs power supply daily...infact it must be 24 hrs...as we pay a high amount to board...ther was continous power cut for[protected] august and when they give us a supply for instance that was unbearable (450 volt) from which we lost our firdge Ac Fan Lights...so who will be reposible for this ..."ek toh light nahi aati aur aati toh sab kucth foonk deti." that is our local anthem now a days sung by all residents all the time..
So Madam/Sir please do the need for us

These DOGS ruined one more day of mine as usual. After 8 hours of power off these dogs are awaking. Electricity board and Municipality are trying to make this area as hell. And these two departments are completely successful to make this area HELL. Now I am planning to buried these all people in the gutter. Inki toh @#$@$%#%$#^$^#$#%$^%.......

Just after 40 minutes of a long deep sleep they again went to sleep for 2:30 hrs. Means form 6 Am of morning I got power supply only for 45-50 minutes. 9:30 hrs of load shedding. And it is happening only in Vaishali sector 2.
All the day street lights are lighting but they don't care. They are only focusing here to Vaishali sector 2. I don't know what we have done wrong with these guys. And I am now afraid that at any time they can again go to sleep.

My House No E-121 Sector-23 Sanjay Nagar Ghaziabad. Sir kal raat se Light Nahi hai aur hamare sath jo do teen ghar hai usmain bhi light raat se cut hai aur baaki sab logon ki light hai.. Pichli baar bhi same yahi hua tha humne complaint kari koi responce nahi diya tha. aaj subahay jab hum complaint karne gye to koi bhi nahi tha waha jise hum bol sake..

Cut of Electricity Connection
Hello Sir,
I stay in Indirapuram Ghaziabad in a rented flat, my address is
2nd Floor, 638 Niti Khand - I, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
Owner: Mr. M Chandok
My electricity has been disconnected since last 2 week and i am trying to make all the efforts to make it connected. I have been looping two 2 week seeking help from one office to another. The person in the electricity board has abused me and after paying the bill amount (which is false amount) my electricity has not been connected.
The person Mr. Prakash which has disconnected my line has abused me and threten me that he would not connect it do what every you want. I had a talk with his immediate manager Mr Bharadwaj (JE) and he also abused me and threten me that he would shout at me and abuse me as and when he wish. I made a complaint to the SDM of Indirapuram Electricity Board Mr. R.K.Bansal he too is not taking any action. Please help me i am still abused and thretened by these people and my electricity has not been connected.

Ghaziabad Govt. & Vidhyut Board — No Street Lights replaced for 3 years
TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN!Since 3 years I am living in Shakti Khand-IV, Indirapuram. I am a resident of teh Fourth Lane Opposite EuroKids School Lane. This lane is in its worst conditions. The year I moved I was told soon, the street lights will start to work & that was 2007 Novemeber. The next year in March 2008. I have a case registered with the Vasundhara Police Station about a Vehicle Accesories Theft. And Everyone knows the thefts used to hapen in the night because there were no lights & obviously no security. Thinking that we should place a guard for our lane, we went ahead did that. But Also thought the Street Lights will be taken care of by the Government Organizations. SORRY to say none of the govt. officials ever visit this area and goons who visit, visit only for votes... "*************Sir Votes humein hi dena. Hum gawaar hain padhe likhe to hain nahi... Aapki Vote bhi nahi milegi to khaayenge kya... Type of Would Be MINISTERs.************"
Since the year 2007 not even once my lane had a street light change. We went ahead and made our own arrangements as there was no light in the night at all. But, why would people do it for 3 years in a row and hence all the RWA members have stopped paying any attention to this....
IS ANYONE LISTENING!! NEED THE GOVERNMENT "Ms. SuShri MAYAWATI Ji" to pay attention to the plight of the common man... Rather than wearing GARLANDS of currency notes... You are wasting your time by posting here. No action will be taken because the electricity board staff does not understand english and they don't know how to use computers. All they can do it flaunt their status of being a government employee which gives them a right to trouble people who pay their salary ( by paying taxes).

Electricity bill NEVER comes in indirapuram Ghaziabad. I have been living here since last 6 years. Its a SHAME for the government employees working in electricity dept. They are useless fellows who can just shout on others.
But why only electricity Dept. This corruption is eating India since ages & there is no solution feasible now.
Brain Drain will continue...may be one day I am also forced by these situations to follow the same...

Poor Supply of Electricity and Voltage
hello sir,
we have just shifted from delhi to the so called posh area of suryanagar, ghaziabad.the power situation here is worse than we can ever think in our minds.there is no proper timings for the cuts.the most difficult time is at night.why can the UP government do something about it.the people here spend more on invertors and generators than their electricity bills.the people here are willing to pay more but what to do the electricity board here is useless.why can't the government privatise the electricity board like in delhi?but who can ask this question to the government and get a suitable reply for it?please do something about this matter i[censored] could do so.

Massive power cut low voltage
Respected Sir,
It is to inform you that i m residence of Shalimar Garden Ext-II b-block near SM World mall Ghaziabad, the condition of electricity power here is horrible, daily there is power cut for atleast 8-10 hrs, we have many times complianed to the electricity department but they are not willing to take any action and say that "its not in our hand" or "whatever you want to do, do it by yourself", we are fed up of living in such circumstances, often it has been seen that our nearby area are getting proper electricity and we are having power cuts, i dont know why there is such partiality!, it is well know that the member of electricity department are having their conspirency and are illegally providing power to some of the industries.
My request to you is to take some serious action as you would be also realising that given such circumstances it is almost impossible to survive here.Kindly take proper concern of the matter.

Dear Sir,
I am resident of kaushambi- ghaziabad. There are massive power cuts since last two days 3-4 august 2009. The cuts are extending upto 10-12 hrs daily even at night.
Kindly take actions against the guilty for the same specially the electricity department who are making lives of the people horrible.

This is to inform you that we all are facing problems of huge power cut at DLF colony Bhopura sahibabad, Ghaziabad. There is no schedule of power cut. Continiously, the power would not be available at night as well as at day time, if power comes than again unavailable after 15 min to 20 min. It is very difficult to servive without power at summer time.
I request you to take a serious action against this...
