[Resolved]  GHMC — GHMC Complaint -Illegal construction of compound wall on government road

Hi My self sampath and i stay at balkampet, Hyderabad.There is building near Balkampet which is exactly opp. to BIG C Mobiles.There constructed the building with the permission of GHMC.But there have taken the permission for only there land and there now moved 6feet to the road and constructed one extra pillar on road.As a public surrounding people went and asked them about the extra construction on road*(Road is very narrow and that is the main way for the street lane people.There replied that construction is our wish and we don't need anyone words to lisen.Then everyone went and made a complaint in that municipal office.But official of municipal as done there work given notice to them.But there didn't counted that notice and went on complete of construction.One fine day municipal people come with police force and started make collapse of the extra area.But the owner of the premises started argument and finally handled with hand.Then police force started latte charge on them, for this issue women also reacted and one of the women slapped police and whole family went to police station.

Now the issue is because there have money maintained municipality, MRO & Police there given money and again started construction in same premises.I am frankly asking is the way official people behave taking money and give permission.

One more issue there created is there started putting a case on the people who made a complaint against them and making surrounding people not to construct any buildings in that area with there money and also with surroundings caste people.There doing lot of harressement in the area and creating daily problem.

I want ask everyone who reads this, is this correct way there done making other people problem .Because of there own mistake.

GHMC — municipal water

GHMC — Non-glowing of street light

Please arrange to switch on the street lights on street no. 13 from saibaba temple onwards, filmnagar, hyderabad. Several repeated requests were made to the officials in this regard. This complaint will be attended for one or two days and remains as it is afterwards. Please look into personally.

Hi my name is Udai I want to know how to prevent land occupation illegally by land mafia is there any way to prevent our land from mafia in Hyderabad, I heard that GHMC has released some guidelines to prevent our land by mafia. So can anyone tell me what are they and what steps I have to take, to prevent my land being occupied by someone in future.

Respected Sir,

We Azher Ahmed and Azghar Ahmed are bring to your kind notice that our elder brother Mr.Aijaz Ahmed is doing illegal Construction at plot No. 8-2-686/6/1, Part B, NBT Nagar, Road No.12, Banjara Hills, 500034 in full swing without building permission from the Greater Hyderabad Muncipal Corporation, before two months we had already given a written complaint to Mr.Satnarayana town planning officer at khairtabad, where he has assured that he will take strict action against above given plot no.

It is a matter of concern that we three brothers are the owners of the above given land and it is in dispute in First Senior Civil Judge I.A NO. 119 & O.S.NO. 132, where we have already got an injunction order for not to change the nature and not to transfer the property.

We the owners of the property has already requested to Mr.Satnarayana Town Planning Officer that without single floor permission construction is going on six floors on 250 sq.yards plot but instead of stopping the aforesaid construction site he just turn deaf ears to our request.

Even after the” status Q” 21st January 2015, of the above mention land, no action has been taken and construction is continuing. We seek urgent action on the part of the authorities to act most urgently and put an end to this illegal and unlawful activity

It is humbly submitted that please take appropriate action against this Unauthorized / illegal Construction at the earliest so that this dangerous construction can be stopped.


We would be highly obliged if you look into the matter and do justice to our request. Your good self may check the genuineness of the aforesaid facts.

Dear sir, I reside in SVS ABHARANA gated community which is just behind the maytas hill countycounty nizampet, the road to my community connects nizampet and bachupally which is a government road but the maytas hill county people have arranged their private security and are not allowing public other than the owners in maytas hillcounty to use that road. This is an illegal aquisition of government road. Please take some action and such that normal people can even access the public road.

It is to inform you that an illegal construction is taking place back side Roshan vihar Apartment at sultan valva . durgha bhavani nagar santhoshnagar main road hyd 59. this construction people of commminity had enchroached in the campus of Roshan vihar apartment. In future it will create us nuisance and communal harashments this people are our parking area and blocking the enterance please take necessary action at stage. to avoid higher authorities for big issue. without permission how can an mosque built witout priary permission of local people and other neighbour.

sir, i am resident of road no.2 banjara hills shoukath nagar basti, at the entrance of the basti there used to be a open nala, now it is covered with concrete slap, so some miscreants hav kept there household items on the top of the slap of that nala like house waste products and pets cages, below that they have kept granite stones, so it is becoming conjusted for us to park our vehicles in night time and in front of the community hall also they have blocked the sides with illeagel shelters, and doors.. so i kindly request you to demolish the illeagal shelters and clean the unwanted things kept around the nala near little star school...

subject : construction building backside of my house putting bathroom pipe line on my house compound

given complaint against this house, but GHMC, Qutubullapur not taken any action.
i asked to remove that bathroom pipe line of that house .he came for fight saying lanjakodaka, nee amma ni denga, nee pelam pukuloo na sulli ...so kindly taken action against this ###.

Sir my name is shanker I am residence in maharaj gunj there is a compliant of 100years old unsafe building under that building there is two food grain shop running with the staff of 20 peoples who are unsafe there life's already half of the building collapsed 20years back when ever you staff came to domolise the building this people are managing the your staff and recent they coloured this old building by the suggestion of your staff kindly take the necessary action against this building otherwise most of the people lost there life please send strict office for the action hoping the quick action for the government thank you address of the building 15-2-280 and 279 beside Mahakali temple

On the Elegance Road in Vijayanagar Colony, Masabtank Hyderabad 7-Storeyed (G+6) buildings are under construction on 250-300 Sq. Yard. plots. The constructions are on the main road and in the adjacent lane. The GHMC is blindfolded to these structures as the concerned staff is obviously bribed by the builders. Despite my earlier complaint on this site, no action was taken. I request the authorities to immediately demolish the buildings (Three in number) and take necessary action against the bulders.

No rules can stop Uppal GHMC Town Planning from taking bribes.
