To, Commissioner & Special Officer Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Sub: Removal of Mobile Tower in Midst of Residential Area at roof of H.No.4-111, BHEL HIG Phase-2, Ushodaya Enclave, Madinaguda, Hyderabad-500049, A.P, INDIA We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of BHEL HIG Phase-2, Ushodaya Enclave, Madinaguda, Hyderabad-500049 and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation. Our complaint is specific that, I had licensed my premises to Mobile Company for installation of Mobile Tower on top of my residence without knowing of effect of radiation. Now with reference to many TV and paper news came to know about this fact, BHEL Executive Society and colony residents objected the said installation and also requested me for removal of Mobile Tower. As I received the notice from my colony society, I have served a notice to tower company to remove tower from my house. But even after 9 months of time given to them, Airtel have not taken any action for removal. We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area. HMT Sathavahana Nagar, Near HMT, Sathavahana High School, Kukatpally
We are the residents of HMT Sathavahana Nagar Colony, Kukatpally. We would like to inform you about the installation of Jio Tower on the terrace area of residential building.
Some of the people have also spoken with the person and stopped work partially, one fine day all job work completed and checked signals from the neighbours house without any permission of neighbours.

Tower located 7th house from the school – HMT Sathavahana High School and Fifth house from the park - for old people and kids.
We would request to take immediate action to shift the tower from residential area and help the Residents of colony, school children / park visitors to live a healthy life.
We therefore request you to kindly look into the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above house in order to prevent damage to the health of innocent kids and people.

greater hyderabad municipal corporation — Damage of flat walls due to blower
Dear SirI am a resident of Vidya Nagar, Hyderabad ref H. No[protected], F No 401, Shobha Pavani Arcade. This is a semi residential complex where first 3 floors including cellar having the shops and restaurants and the other 3 floors are inhabited by residents. The restaurant people have put up a blower on the terrace of my flat to exhaust their kitchen fumes. The vibrations of the 5 HP motor and its iron structure are causing damages to my flat walls and it causes the greatest noise and sound pollution to us. In spite of several requests, the restaurant owner and management have not taken any steps to remove the blower. We request the concerned officials to take a concrete step in this regard and compensate for the damage caused so far.
