[Resolved]  GHMC — Illegal Construction

We residents of Hno, 12-1-86, Lalapet, Sunderabad. Near Ram Theater.

Want to express our concern about the illegal construction in front of our house which was done by the resident name MR. VENKATESH. This property has encroached the public pathway occupying about 4-5 feet road and road leading to the interior of the community, making the interior residents life miserable and making us inaccessible to basic emergency vehicles.This property has flouted all legal rules for construction by not following legal setbacks setup by your organization to the road, etc. Due to this, encroachment we cannot get a ambulance/ any three wheeler vehicles to our homes in case of medical emergencies and it is difficult to drive the two wheeler also the construction is on corner which is very difficult while Turing the vehicles.

Request you to please take the necessary action against Venkatesh and help us to solve the issue. We tried to convince him explaining about the problem but there was no response still continuing with illegal construction occupying the road.

We submit that, we are an Association fighting a long legal battle with builders in the above cases and not being given justice though the GHMC was directed to demolish the unauthorized constructions in our Apartment Complex. The above referred

Suits are pending on the files above Hon`ble Courts.



We bring to your kind notice the facts about the above referred cases, as the

Government has passed a G.O. to regularize the illegal structures and unauthorized

Construction. We strongly apprehend that the consent owner of the flat No.501 may apply for regularization by concealing the true facts which are mentioned here under.



In the event of that, we will be facing lot of hardships in terms of basic amenities

Like Water. Sewerage, Garbage and Road Blocks due to unauthorized parking in front of the building. This may also lead to fatal accidents due to non provision if fire Hazards

(the law specifies for a certain height of building to have the complete safely for Fire protection ) and also structural stability is in stake as the structure is not designed for the

Extra flats.



The Majority of occupants are retired and Senior Citizens who are facing lot hardships for non availability of open space and basic amenities like Water and Sewerage

System (which chokes up very often ).



In view of the above, we request your good self to kindly not to accept the BRS

Application or to regularize the structures as the structures are above 18 meters, there

Are no fire safety measures, and moreover the a case is pending against the illegal and

Unauthorized constructions.

In Jalahalli East, Kuvempunagar a small petty shop is getting constructed and they construction is been done by occupying the roadside area.

I, Gurmeet Singh, s/o Late Sardar Gurmukh Singh aged 59 years, resident of 3-4-246, Kachiguda, Hyderabad 500 027, am the absolute owner and in possession of the above mentioned property.
My immediate neighbour one Mr. B.G.Krishna, aged about 54 years, s/o Late Mr. B.N. Sastry, claiming to be the HUF owner through inheritance of the property mentioned above has demolished his house and has illegally started construction in the said plot without any sanction from GHMC.
I am enclosing herewith a copy of the letter from GHMC bearing No. 245/1/ACP/C9 /TPS/GHMC/2011 dated[protected]. And a copy of Stay Order from Hon. Court restraining them from claiming my compound wall in his territory.
He is digging for pillars touching & damaging my wall and using heavy machinery to break stones in the ground which is resulting in heavy vibration and might damage my house. He is illegally constructing in gross violation to all the prevailing building rules of GHMC.
I have made several representations at various levels in GHMC but so far no action has been taken by GHMC.
I have made several representations at various levels but so far, I have not been favoured by any positive response.
Hence I request your goodselves to take necessary action and immediately stop the illegal construction and safeguard my interest.

Dear sir i would like you to inform regarding the illegal construction on the 4 floors apartment,[protected]/k/1, A.P mansion, Anand Nagar, New Malakpet, Hyderabad, 500036.) the apartment also does hold any parking area. according to the rules of GHMC any apartment with minimum of 3 floor building should hold a seperate parking area, but for this apartment there is no parking area and what more there has been an illegal construction of bungla on the 5 floor of the apartment, it would be a case of income tax also as the bungla costs more than 2 cores. And on the sixth floor there is a construction on bar ville, garden and fountains.As per the citizen of this area i thought of informing it to you, which will be really helpfull for you.

I dont want to disclose my name to you as it could be danger for me from that owner of illegal construction.Looking for a immediate action against that illegal construction as it would be an example for those who disobey the rules And regulation of the government.

Dear Sir,

We Live at Bagh Amberpet, Shivam Road, Hyderabad in an apartment building of 6 units, 2 each on ground and second floor and one combined in the first floor. Resident of the First Floor and One Resident of the Ground floor have put up grills at their will in the common area which will make us lose right of way in the long run for that area. The Ground floor resident even constructed an unauthorised and illegal bathroom and a grilled room with false roof and sitting benches. Inspite of several complains he is not removing the said unauthorised structures. We request you to look into the matter and demolish the unauthorised structure in our building as we don't want to lose our right of way of the said common area in the long run. I hope to hear from you asap and expecting outright action on your part and relevant penalties to the wrongdoers.

Hi in north zone circle 15 ward 128 HMT society l b nagar shapur nagar Quthbullapur hyderabad (plot no:68-h.no[protected], is constructing illegal construction. G+5 and he did not given any set back to is building, no GHMC official is visiting the place. He is causing so much trouble to commuters.He dumps Sand, Construction materiel without any care, I have tried complaining about this to several places looks like, He is taking care of all officials.Request you to kindly take necessary action..

Hello sir/madam I am resident of hyderabad olcity my area comes under
circle-4 (laldarwaza), there is a illegal construction is going on
i.e, H.No:[protected], laldarwaza, oldcity, hyd-500053.the owner of the
property constucting illegal building and we came to know that the
mentioned property does not contain the Any type of documents for that
house and the owner of that house blocking roads most of the time and he
occupied the space of the road and the street has bacame small and
traffic jams may occur . we had complained in the local GHMC office none
of the offical has arrived and checked the property and did not took
any action on them . So, my Humble request you take the necessery

Dear sir,

We the Association members of the N3M rainbow apartment 13-6-437/1/8/ and 13-6-437/98/A, located in khader bagh near premier hospital.there is a construction going on beside our apartment and we see that the construction is going on the full site with out leaving space for ventilation. Since its been a five floor building we will face issue with ventilation after completion and there is no scope for movement of people (gap) even in case of fire accidents. So i request you to take action against them.
