I had order a rakhi from GIFTALOVE.COM order no: GL-[protected] website on 19th August 2013. The order was supposed to be delivered on 20th August 2013 but till date the oder has not reached the desired address. The only means to contact them was thorugh mails which i have tried a lot but i have not recieved any reply from them. They have not yet informed me regarding the status of my order nor they have refunded my money back. please do look into this matter. I am really disappointed with their service since it was a special occasion and i wanted the rakhi to reach on time. Was this information helpful? |
