I have placed an order for the first time from this rubbish site after seeing the reviews and all on the site. Order was placed atleast 3 days before as it was a birthday surprise but sadly it didn't get deliver till now also.

All the time the status on site is Order is processing and will be dispatched soon.

All the contact numbers and mailer given are useless. Noone is responding.

Infact the whatsapp chat option, I can see the status Online but still they don't bother to reply or pick your call.

Highly disappointed serviced. I would highly recommend to block such kind of orgs so that other people in future don't suffer like us.

I have placed an order to deliver a gift for my wife birthday but the order did not get delivered. Even the customer care numbers do not pick the call and there is no reply on the mail also. Please do not trust this website.

I have ordered gift for someone it has to be delivered by 26/08/2019 but they didn't deliver my order id is gl-[protected]. When trying to contact noone picked up the call it is switched off or i guess wrong number. This is repeatedly posted as fraud site i didn't know earlier. This is not the first time they did this.. There are many more complaints registered against this company or site.

Please ban this website. They don't deliver products, when we do prepayment. Fraud website. Customer care is also useless. After ordered and paid for product, they are not delivering product, they will tell us service is unavailable for this area, soon they send one order cancelled and your money will be refunded to ur ac in 7to 8 business days. But they won't do.

I have ordered four times with this company and unfortunately product delivered quality was not good and as promised delivery was on wrong date. You will get embarrassed in front of person you are going to give surprises.
They promised will correct it but after that faced twice the same situation and now it's so irritating that never buy any product and waste my time and money with such fraud company who can't deliver the quality and promises.
Cheating to people will not make success of the company. Request others if you are really looking for buying a gift and surprises for your special plz don't use this site else you will be in trouble and later customer executive team will show you there policy and attitude. They are very unprofessional to interact and don't know how to talk and close the issue rather than giving excuses and making us teach company policy.

I ordered the rakhi combo delivered to australia, wagga wagga city from canada and it’s not delivered i requested for refund like 100 times but no response. Then one reply come as “there was attempted to deliver but no one at home to receive the order”. My question in that case is one should leave the note to pickup the order... How can i believe it. It’s ridiculous!

My order gl[protected] is not delivered yet it suppose to deliver on july 28, 2017. And since today no action has been take. It’s a fraud company. I even offer them to give me store credit if not refund the money but till so far no response.. These kind of companies should be banned.

I had placed an online order for Sweet Inspiration Code:INDIAEXDFNP475 and 2 Silk Chocolate to be delivered for my sister-in-law for their anniversary. The order was successfully placed through the website to be delivered on 21st Feb. But the order is not delivered and the amount of INR 1348 has been deducted from my bank account. No one from customer service responds to the query. Did not receive confirmation email from site but got confirmation...

Hi I placed an order of rakhi +printed mug on[protected]. My order no is GL[protected]. Rakhi delivered on[protected] but they didn't deliver the printed mug. And when I try to contact them, They are ignoring my mails. Once they receive my call, they told me they will deliver my mug within 2 days and now they don't bother to receive calls and my printed mug also hasn't delivered yet.. I ordered rakhi which was not delivered. They sent me a message saying your order has been delivered and also gave a tracking number. When traced it was a hoax tracking number. They charged me Rs 700 for the product. The phone numbers on the website don't work. I have been trying for a week to try and complain. There is an automated message, they put you on hold and then it gets cut automatically. I also tried writing to them...and have not recieved any follow-up. Beware of this website...the reviews on the website seem to be all cooked up. Its a fraudulent website...PLESE BEWARE...THERE ARE NO CHANELS FOR FOLLOW UP

I stay in Delhi & my sister is located in US due to job opportunity. My sister based in US has sent me a beautiful rakhi set via Rakhi.giftalove.com. I was pleased to receive this gift product on time at my door step. Out of excitement, I wanted to send a rakhi return gift for her through the same portal. I searched their website & found vast array of stunning Rakhi gifts. I chose to send a soft toy & Chocolate hamper to my sister as she is fond of chocolates and stuffed toys. To our surprise, we found that my gift has not been delivered to my sister in US. Later I spoke to the customer executive of Rakhi.giftalove.com and they regretted over the unsuccessful delivery of gift and agreed to refund my money at the earliest.

I wanted to send rakhi to US for my brother, who is residing in New York. I chose to avail the online rakhi delivery service of Rakhi.giftalove.com. This is a Delhi based gifting e-store and claims to deliver gifts with free shipping charge. I found wide collection of online rakhis and sweet combos. There were numerous categories of gift products. Customers have to pay online via credit card/net banking channel. So I placed the order & paid for online Rakhi gifts with a request to deliver the product in New York. My brother stays in outskirts of New York. This portal could not deliver the product on time. Thus I cancelled my order and demanded refund from them. I was disappointed that my Rakhi gift could not get delivered to my brother but I am happy about the fact that my money was refunded on time without much hassle.

Ordered a Rakhi gift hamper through www.giftalove.com worth Rs. 1549/-. Was provided a order number with payment confirmation and expected date of delivery of product. Few days later an sms conveying the despatch details of the order was received which has tracking ID and courier company name which was in this case was Bluedart courier services. The order has not been received till today. On checking, got to know that courier service has returned the order to giftalove.com the very next day of despatch. Reasons are unknown. I have written so many e-mails but no response from the company. No response on the telephone mentioned on their website. Hi, I have orderd for rakhi from giftalove site and my order no is GL-[protected].I ordered it on aug 1 and the delivery date was aug 7.They did not shipped that order and also was not replying may mails.When I called them then they said that vendor was not getting that order.We can send different rakhis on time.I said ok.They now no rakhis were there and also they are not refunding my money as they are nor answering my mails. I have ordered for rakhi hamper on 1 ag 2014 and the delivery date was 7 aug 2014.They have not deliver the shipment and when i complained then they said that we can deliver another set of rakhis on time.When I agree then they have not sent the rakhis and not ready to refund my money.They are not replying my mails.

Hi Guys, Sorry to here about your experience with giftalove.com site, I want to share my experience also i ordered two product for Diwali occasion to my family for delivery in Hyderabad.Both product should be delivered on 4th Nov, one was sweets and second one was decoration item and they have delivered both of the product on 4th nov but when my family member has opened it than the decoration item was broken. Firstly when i then I called those people on 6th nov and there was a customer support lady has told to provide the re-shipping and they had do that and in spite of delivery of gift item they have delivered a chocolates also as a complimentary. hi sir/madam I had order a rakhi from GIFTALOVE.COM order no: GL-[protected] website on 19th August 2013. The order was supposed to be delivered on 20th August 2013 but till date the oder has not reached the desired address. The only means to contact them was thorugh mails which i have tried a lot but i have not recieved any reply from them. They have not yet informed me regarding the status of my order nor they have refunded my money back. please do look into this matter. I have faced an issue with giftalove.com. My wife has ordered a Rakhi along with some sweets. It costs around Rs. 449/-. I ordered Rakhi on 17 as well as 20th of August month..i read the terms n conditions where it was said that the product wont be delivered on 19 and 20thaug if ordered after 17aug13 2pm ..But it is 22august today..and still my brothers r waiting for ther rakhi..It is very irresponsible on their part that no confirmation phone call or any kind of call has not been made..i am completely unsatisfied with the services..i believe it is a fraud

HI All, This is fake site never ever take services of this I have order Rakhi but till not it was not delivered. They do not have any customer care number just a mail id that of no use. So please help your self and your friend and save there hard earn money. I will advice all my friends while using any service of any site please type in "Goggle review" of that site this will help a lot to judge the correct site. After investing 651 INR i get to know about the review of this site. Totally a fake site that are playing with emotion on Raki. I will take this to cyber Crime cell.
