Giordano Watch — Delivery not received

I have ordered for a Giordano Watch on 31st October, 2007 & my order no. is[protected]. It was said to have delievered within 21 days but till today i.e. 26th November, 2007 I have not yet received the watch.

This is in reference to a Giordano watch (model number 119802) purchased from Shopper Stop - Linking Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai on 04/05/2007 and from the very first week I'm facing some or the other kind of technical problem with the same. As yet I have got it repaired three times in seven months from your service centre at Juhu Tara Road, Mumbai. And, Now its digital display is not functional again. I am not looking forward for any kind of compromise by getting it repaired, I want this watch to be replaced with extended one year guarantee or my full money back.

I would appreciate your timely and favourable reply.

Giordano Watches — watch not received

I have ordered fro Giordano watch in the offer " Gift a Giordano" through Tata Card. It has been more than 14 days since I have made the payment.The amount is deducted from my account, I did not even get an intimation regarding the parcel.This is truly disappointing!!!

This is sameer and do agree with the above comments as the watch is not working properly. It is laggaing behind, every time I correct it. Please pay the attention as the working of watch is not proper. This is a kind of abusing the brand name for what people are paying.

I too picked up a Giordano watch from Shoppers Stop, Andheri. It worked well for 2 months or so and after that it stopped working. The time keeps lagging behind even after I keep setting it. No wonder they sold it to me for 1/2 the original price of Rs.7000. I did give it to the service center in Juhu to check it. All they did was changed the battery. And now it still has the same problem. It has not been fixed. Its sad to know that there are so many complaints against this brand. I'm going back to the service center tomorrow and see what they have to say about this.

the worst brand i hv ever bought ...frm day 5 frm the date i purchased the watch it is disfunctioning ...nd numerous times i hv given it to the service centre ...but no permanent solution...i would never buy nething from this brand...

Giordano Mens watch - Deals 4 all — Order Not Received

I have got a scratch card which after reedemed got a Giardano mens watch ..
i sent a DD of 495/- on[protected]. Until then i didn't got any reply at all.
Even the phone nums provided and the complaint box provided in their site are all fake.

I have DD copy i will wait for a week it not i will lodge a complaint as cheating.

Can someone please tell me the address of the Giordano service center in Mumbai...?

Completely Agree. I gifted a Giordano watch to my dad and I bought this from shoppers stop, pacific mall, Gaziabad (authorized dealer-as per their website). However it seems this brand has some standard procedure of malfunctioning. As I read above, this happened to a number of customers- it stops working after couple of days and even after replacing battery it lags behind. There is some serious problem with machine (shockingly we were forced to pay Rs 3000 for a cheap Chinese dump concealed in a brand ). The brand is compromising on it quality. It's really sad to see the attitude of brand towards their customers as well.

PS: There is not even one service center of Giordano watch in Delhi-NCR. Can u buy this?

PPS: It's not even a month and I have warranty card stating 1 year warranty but what's the use of this warranty when there is no service center.

I have a Giordano Digital Watch Model No.1143.FL 145.

I had purchsed this watch some years back.

Now, the watch has a broken bazel glass which needs to be replaced.
