I had purchased a watch GT-04 BK and when i have switched on it was working for 2 mins then it's switched off and even multiple try it is not starting, even it's fully charged, now it is not showing the charging, now switching on, nothing happen, i have recieved it today 11 Aug only.

Lack of service centres and accessory parts
I have bought a Giordano watch 2 years back and now the strap got damaged. It is acceptable due to the period I have been using the watch but the problem is that I can't find a strap to replace the old one anywhere neither in the official site nor in other online and offline methods. There is a lack of service centres and it is very hard to repair the product. So I kindly request to make a way to repair my watch in easy means.

Hello sir / mam,
I am feeling sad to say that giordano : one of the best company has sold defective products.
I have purchased a giordano watch from flipkart (Giordano a2060-11 watch - for women | a2060-
11) on[protected], order id: od[protected], invoice no: fa a bhp[protected]. But after 6 months it stops working.. May be its second needle is creating some problem.
Since this product is under warranty, please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
I am feeling sad to say that giordano : one of the best company has sold defective products.

DEFECTIVE NOT WORKING

I was given GIORDANO black dial watch with day and date window by a show room opposite Karkhana Police Station Secunderabad under their scheme when we purchased 2 Lap top bags with strolley a month back.
We are now in Bangalore on a holiday . This watch has stopped functioning.Please get it replaced locally at Bangalore as we are having problems without the watch.
The guarntee card is lying in our house .107 Gun Rock Enclave Secunderabad-500009 .

I was given GIORDANO white dial watch.
we purchased canon printer & get a giordano watch free.
This watch has stopped functioning in warranty period.Please get it replaced locally at Noida (U.P.) as we are having problems without the watch.

my name i rahul mhatre i have buy giordano watch 2 yeas before from LIFE STYLE MULUND mumbai/india , i have change my watch leather belt 3 times first time they had taken 400rs for changing the belt and given me the the different color belt ..... ,after 1 month the belt was damage the ask to replace the belt and taken 600RS ,the belt was again damage in 3 months, i replace it one more time they are asking 750Rs ..................is this is was of coumpany policy , is it then should be taken strict action plz do the need full

WATCH NOT RECEIVED
I had placed my order for one pc of Giordano watch on 05/11/2007 (REG NO.:3007297).After placing the offer I was informed that I would receive the offer after a maximum period of 20 days.After enquiring the bank office I was given an address,till now I have been mailing them continuosly but no reply has so far been provided from their side.I have so far received no message or information regarding the watch though the price for the watch has already been deducted from my card account.This is really harassing.The authorities concerned are required to take some promt action in this regard.
