I have placed an order through deals and you for Mono Mp3 Player 8GB Slvr . I received the same on 11the June 2012 and found that the ear phones are damaged. I immediately mailed the same to [protected]@gmail.com as the invoice guidelines. There was no response from customer services so, i called them to check the status . One of the customer services guy told me that a new ear phone will be shipped.when I tried playing the Mp3 player identified that the complete kit is damaged so, I wrote one more email to the customer service , they are asking me to return the same for replacement and To return the product I have to pay 410 Rupees for shipping and the cost of the product is equal to shipping cost.I told them that i will not pay for the shipping because of their fault. The below response was received from customer service.
Dear Customer,
We don't provide reverse pick up.You can send your product through any courier company.

So, this team is totally least bothered what customer is going through, they need money. What in case if i receive the same defect piece during replacement even after shipping the product from my end and there was no answer from them. This kind of companies needs to be banned, so that they don't cheat customers. Was this information helpful? |
