Dear Team,
I had ordered Arrow - Smartwatch with 360 Rotating HD Camera which was costing me Rs.1999 as per Gizmo Bazar website.
I made this order on 27th Jan 2020 and on 28th Jan 2020 the product got delivered but the product which i received is completely different that i had ordered.
Order number or the reference number is #GMB-8994 and the tracking number provided by Gizmo was [protected].
delivered product is not o[censored]se and it is duplicate product which is not worth of Rs.100 also.
So sorry to say but I never expected these kind of service from Gizmo.
I would be grateful, if Gizmo could send a product which i have ordered else refund the amount.
It is my humble request to Gizmo Bazar with my soft words, that if they can look after it.
I am not forcing Gizmo to provide me a refund but requesting not to cheat the customers and provide the correct and genuine product.
I am fine if Gizmo can provide me the genuine product displayed in the website or if cannot, then kindly refund the amount in priority basis.

Hi, On July10 th i order screen protector called Mono Micromax A89 Screen guard which (Anti-Glare, Anti-Finger Print, UV Protection ) for my Micromax A89. But they sentme a faltu cheap and normal screen protector, these guys really cheated with me :(. If they don't have stock they have to tell me i definitely cancel the order. Because these type of screen guards are available very cheap at my local area. Its really disappointing for with bazaar24x7.com

1. I had placed an order for a gift on 2013.JUNE.5 to reach Hyderabad
2. They dint provide any updates on whether the order was shipped or what is its status. only I received a Default auto reply that my order has be placed
3. If I email them they wont respond. but does advertised as 24X7 customer support

5). No one attending the calls from this Numbers

. But still I've not received any emails or calls from them.

It is the worst customer service unprofessional from Gizmo E Bazaar Pvt Ltd .

from mu last buy, would suggest not to buy blindly from so called Gizmo E Bazaar Pvt Ltd

Who ever It may Concern, Kindly Extend your time To help me as resolve the Issue or guidance what should be done,

Hi Sir, 8th Nov 2012 i bought one blackberry outer panal through online Gizmo E Bazaar Pvt Ltd, but next day 9th Nov 2012 i cancelled my order. and they also accept my cancellation but sill now they not refund my money. they told they transfer the money, but still now i not get my amount. and again they not ready to reply daily i raise the compliant on that but no response . kindly do me needful sir. thanks for your co-operation in advance.

Order # 14567. I received a faulty product & claimed a refund. They initially told me it will be done in 2-3 days. Its almost a month now and they don't even bother to contact me. Whenever i call they do not even pick the phone. I am trying to call them everyday for hours to get my money back. Worst service ever....
