GKB OPTOLAB PVT LTD. — UNDELIVERED PARCEL

there is huge problem in your delivery system.We make the calls to your coporate, branch office & customer care offices but i am not getting sufficient answer from them.One of my parcell has to come from kolkatta to gurgaon haryana on dated[protected] but your delivery boy is returnd with the parcell & mark comment in his register that office was closed & they back to returned this parcell to kolkatta.From now it takes 6 more days for returned to kolkatta to gurgoan.So, kindly look this matter seriously & traind your persons to solve this kind of problems because you are for customer service.My docket no is K28779735.

GKB Optolab Pvt. Ltd — Low Quality Good

I purchased a new pair of frames ( 5k ) which were "supposed" to be Tommy Hilfiger. Then I spend 3k getting the glasses. And 3 months down the line the glasses become loose. I get them repatred at the shop an they again get loose in a few hours. I cant believe I spend 7k and the product which is supposed to last for couple of year just falls apart.
I am your customer since 2006 at Noida.My complaint is about the negative attitude of your marketing executive who is not capable to solve customers problem.My complaint is as follows :
I visited your show room at Noida on 10.04.2009 and placed order for progressive licenses and told the fellow that I shall fullfil the conditions of your scheme on the date of delivery and please prepare the bill accordingly, while I was making selection the counter boy raised the invoice and refuse to cover my purchase in the scheme.I told him to connect me to the senior so that permission is conveyed but Mr. Vivek Varshney the senior was so horrible to understand and refused seek permission from his seniors .
Even I requested him to give me his seniors mobile numbers but request was declined.
The attitude was so annoying that I decided never to go there again.I really felt sad and wrote to consumer court asking if its my right to fight it out.

DONT BUY From GKB OPTOLAB
I ordered a pair of progressive lenses from yr Salt Lake city, Kolkata, showroom first time thinking since you are next door I should buy from you rather than GKB Opticals, who now I know are more dependable, are in city centre at Salt lake, .

On visit I was assured by yr salesman that yr lenses being sold to me would have better range and vision than the one Nova lenses I was using as supplied by GKB Opticals.
I was sold CR Prog AL Smart 1.5 regular charging Rs 3251 with the assurance and promise that if these dont suit me you would refund my money or not charge me at all.

till date lenses given by you cannot be worn by me as I feel giddy and cannot have clear vision . The said lenses has been returned to yr showroom but they say its perfect and they are helpless although they had to change the lenses with centering 2-3 times doing trial and error but till date they could not do the right job.
I had to go to GKB opticals again and buy a new frame and lenses as GKB Optolab refuses to give me proper lenses and is not returning my money and frame lying with them fr last 6 months.

Now their manager says they sold me cheaper lens which cannot give me clear vision!!!

Even I am facing problem these days with them, they dont care about customers eye sight at all, neither they have any attitude towards customer service. I have been facing problems with their Thakur Village branch in Mumbai.

NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM GKB OPTOLABS OR VISION 360...PATHETIC SERVICE.
