Hi my self also Vivek in that sentiment I buy new home so I buy new ac and fridge on viveks but even one month la ac problem i complaint it sort out inseveral days again after few months same like last week but my ac in extended warranty ac not cooling throw properly Viveks person came and see then he replied cooling not came nu sir that I know that's y i raise complaint then replied for visit only under cover service and all not cover then wat use for extended warranty number 1
Then I ask how much sir cost he said rs.3800 sir I think this too high for cleaning no sir this only our rate he replied
Then same cleaning I done outside service person for rs.1200 I have taken video proof and Bill also having wat viveks service person said same work outside person done
Wat the use of extended warranty
I learn one thing on this pls trust
nearest people not a brand selling people
Really worst service I ever seen in my life i trust my name having shop they give proper response but that all waste
Finally brand name all fake pls spend some extra money also trust nearest and close persons even non branded things also

    Last week I bought a Samsung split AC worth Rs.43500 and after one day the mechanics from Vivek's came for installation. They install and unable to find the fault in outdoor unit. They promised to do it immediate next day and got my signature. But after 3 days also there is no proper response from Vivek. They are delaying and Iam in stress by losing the money in buying faulty product.

      Dear sir,

      We had ordered the ac last week for which viveks had delivered wrong ac. I cancelled the order. Now the ac is lying in our house for more than 1 week. Even after repeated complaints, no staff from viveks selaiyur is picking up the ac. I have never seen such a worst service in my life. Request you to take immediate action.

          We brought voltas AC on 13th April and installed on 14th . After that installed person from home service taken photo and complaint about display, AC not working.
          We complaint on 17th April Mylapore viveks company.
          No response and no action taken from Mylapore branch .
          We also paid warranty for one year .

            I bought Bosch Washing machine, LG 55' television, Zebronics sound bar and Stabilizer on 23rd of March 2024. I have been promised that all the goods i have purchased will be delivered on 24th March 2024 but only TV and stabilizer was delivered and Washing machine was delivered on next day. When installation happened for washing machine it was no surprise for us that the package doesn't contain inlet and outlet pipe for washing machine and sound bar was not delivered. When raised this issue again with Viveks and after repeated follow-ups we got it delivered on 25th March 2024. Also when executive from LG unpacked the box for installation, we found that display was broken. This issue was raised with Viveks and they promised me to give a replacement on next day. I haven't received any replacement till date 27th March 2024. Customer service executives are lethargic on responding to customer queries. Showroom managers are not even bothered to hear our issues. I have never been through so much of mental trauma because of the way they are been treating me and my family. Request your immediate help on this to resolve this issue and provide a compensation for me.

              I purchased an AC in Viveks, Selaiyur, Chennai. They failed to deliver the stabilizer on date despite complete payment. Even during installation, they failed to ask that. I was given the stabilizer after repeated calls. They are not responding from the store, for sending someone to install the stabilizer. I don't even get a proper response.

              Can't they allocate someone to install the stabilizer from a store with so many employees?? Plus they don't even bother to apologize for their blunder. I need a responsible reason or apology or a person to install it.

                Viveks agents(+91 [protected]) kept bothering me calling multiple times during the day asking me to purchase extended warranty. I know it was useless but the continous calls were annoying that i went ahead and purchased it. The agent promised to send the invoice, but i never received it. I keep asking him everyday and he promises to send me the invoice by EOD.
                This has been happening for a week now. Please do take action on them. I am raising it here so all o[censored]s can be aware of what they do.

                    Purchased Whirlpool Ref on 9/11/2023 & they promised to give Bosch Mixer grinder along with Ref but till not have not received the product. I have visited the store many times & informed customer care as well but there is no proper response. Sales person Lavanya & Tnagar manager Rafiq are not providing proper solution & simply conveying we have placed order & it will be given in day or too.                       Here notice that I have bought
                      Haier TV
                      Samsung Refrigerator,
                      Samsung Washing machine,
                      Preethi 2 burner GAS stove,
                      Mixer, Grinder (Preethi),
                      Induction Stove, etc., on Aug 2022, whole bunch of household items from your reputed viveks poonamalle branch. Is there any compromise from your side for the quality assurance of brand product. I had a problem to face on malfunction in PCP board of samsung washing machine and Gas leakage in Brass stove valve because of manufacture defect in Preethi 2 burner stove. I have faced 2 times service for the brand new product within 3 month of purchase, it's not at all over. After knowing your purchase Quality, Had a great mistake of buy an Air conditioner from your reputed viveks showroom, again on April, 2023. Within two and half months, a problem of GAS leakage in out door unit of Ac, for the replacement we have waited and have been suffering for 2 weeks with a year old baby in the climatic condition, till now.
                      Trustworthiness of viveks is the biggest mistake once again proved. why should I face service for a brand new product, within 2 month of purchase, not even get good service and response, we plan to move this issue in the higher level.

                        Viveks are not trusted show room. i have purchased AC GLS18136WGVR but i have received different product when i reached to show rooms manager they did not responsed properly and they way of talking is non sense. they told me they cann't change the product.

                        No deviation found in product purchased & got installed. Customer claim that product has been wrongly delivered & installed after 9 months o[censored]sage. Considering no deviation found at the time of sale & Ac also functioning well. Ticket closed

                          Viveks are not to be trusted in the showroom. I purchased AC GLS18136WGVR but received a different product is GLS1713WAEF . When I contacted the Viveks - Selaiyur showroom's manager, they did not respond properly and their way of speaking is senseless. They said they were unable to change the product.

                            A Bluestar ac has been bought on Monday and it has been delivered on Tuesday and the engineer came on Friday which they told they will install in 48 hours.
                            that too ac has not been installed and it will delivering on Saturday[protected] and the engineer went. it has been told by engineer he will be coming at 5pm and he came at 7.30pm and he didn't install the ac.
                            in company they told there is no installation charges and they bought 750 rupees from us for installation and engineer came here and asking for more 1000 for installation.
                            For this they should not tell free installation.

                              Purchased bluestar AC from Vivek's & Co, keelkattalai, Chennai-600117 on 17-MAY-2023, after installation AC not working, and still now there is no support from vivek's for the last 10-days. They are saying once they received the replacement from bluestar, then only they will do replacement, no support from Viveks & Co, then why we need to buy AC from Viveks, i can directly buy from bluestar itself?.

                              Not happy with Viveks & Co, and Home serve as well, and i escalated this case to Bluestar India, there is no response from bluestar india as well, really feeling sad. Why companies are like this, then how they will earn customer's trust and how they will do business without customer?

                                We bought Panasonic inverter AC 1.5ton from Viveks from Selaiyur branch on 11/5/2023. We quit know about Panasonic AC which is well and good in my relative home. But after installation on 16/5/2023. we are not experiencing not much cooling and ac throw is very low also it's not covering which is less than 10/10 size of room. Vivek’s sales executive not informed properly about the installation cost. We spent around 6000rs for installation materials. Which is not acceptable. They arranged installation from Home serve agencies and they haven’t send not much experienced technicians. Overall not satisfied and expecting good resolution. Thanks
