[Resolved]  Global International Packers And Movers — Non Delivry of Personal and Household Belongings by Logistics

Dear Sir/Mam,

I had to come US as part of job assignment and I availed "Global International Packers and Movers" service for sending my personal and household belongings
From :
BH-59,Sector-2,Salt Lake, Kolkata - 700091,West Bengal

To :
PURI, Odisha.

Consignment No : 15009

Those items were sent on 14th JAN 2010 (Thursday) .As per the agreement I was supposed to collect my belongings at PURI on 16th JAN 2010(Saturday).But it's been 15 days have already past , I haven't received my belongings.I called those persons who were handling these, they have been lying that the goods have been reached at Bhubaneswar, only it's taking time to reach upto PURI. On Sunday,January 24,2010 they told me that the goods are still at Kolkata and yet not sent to PURI.I have been trying to follow it up from here(Phoenix,Arizona,USA), but these people are now not picking up the phone.I have also paid the entire amount for this shipment on the very day they packed my goods. I have all the documents of the entire consignment.
