Global Visas — Dreams Shattered

We were called by Global Visa Cape town and they "sold" us a visa application. They could not call us enough while they were waiting for money from us. After payment things seemed to slow down. We were promised that we will get assistance with finding employment so that we can get a visa. So far they have sent our CV ( that is wrong and needs to be corrected) to about 30 companies, half of them that we do not qualify for. I have requested a refund and my application to be cancelled as we have not even got the corrected cv as yet. I have been promised a phone call but a week later no call

I want a full refund no calls. Never use global Visas they are useless!!!
