[Resolved]  Globe Capital Market Ltd — Consumer complaints Regarding GLOBE CAPITAL MARKET LTD COMMODITIES

Hello Sir,

Regarding Globe capital Market LTD i have so many complaints for that
company and Proof as will.

1) I bought 5 Jan 2012 gold in near about 13 Nov 2012
2) 21/12/12 somebody called me from Globe Pune they told me your
margin is shorting 4578/-, i have transferred 5000 amount immediately.
3) 22/12/12 i got GOLD Sold contract note from Globe. without intimate me.
4) 24/12/12 i have contact with GLOBE Pune Br. manager Mr. Gyanendra
he told me we got your amount, why they square off your position, i
will investigate about that.
5) 28/12/12 again they buy GOLD without intimate to me.
6) 31/12/12 Mr. Vishal RMS Manager said i am not do any thing regarding that. if you want to Exalted mail to higher
authority you can proceed, nobody will get any response to you.
7) i have sending regular mail till today but nobody has been respond me. i have CC to all higher management but they not do anythings.
