hai sir/mam.this complaint is all about your(sorry to say)faulty bus arrangements of route no.519 from mandi village to safdarjung terminal.Me and of course many others use your bus system to reach their respective destinations .everything is just fine in morning i.e the timing of buses are just fine but the same is not true in the afternoon.the affternoon bus timing which is being followed is not convenient for many people as they have to wait for almost an hour.from the very day i joined my new school i have to use DTC as there is not any bus coming at our place straightway. but it sometimes comes too early and sometimes we have to depend on lift.the usual time at which most of the schools end is 2.00p.m but not even a single bus arrives at the bus stop between 2.00p.m-3.15p.m. which is very inconvenient for most people and they have to wait for such a long time and even without having any food .therefore it is humbly requested to you to look into the matter personally to sort out this problem soon. i'll be very thankful.
