[Resolved]  GMR — NH7 - Divider wrongly built

This is in regard to the road built by GMR NH7
Because of the wrongly laid diveder by GMR,we had a accident ,damaging our car completley.It could have been a major accident(resulting in death or worse) ,but just saved by the presence of mind by the driver(my husband).
he had a leg crapm and have to take 10 day bed rest.

Accident occured at Tupran while coming from Medhak to Hyderabad on 30th April 2010 at 10:05 PM. The divider was wrongly built on the road (NH7) and we hit the divider and the vehicle jumped and skid almost 100 mts from divider damaging most of the front side and right side parts of the vehicle.

Action have to be taken on the company and compensation is required.
