[Resolved]  GMS Worldwide Express — Deficient courier service

On 3rd May 2008, my brother Mr Vinod Banjan had couriered some goods from GMS couriers, Bangalore. He did give the list of goods present in the box to the person incharge. Unfortunately on 7th may 2008 after a long wait we did receive the box in an open condition with half the goods stolen & no list inside it. The consignment no. was[protected].
Following are the list of items stolen/misplaced by the courier services with its value

> 2. 1 Black Gents T shirts Rs. 567
> 3 1 Hair straightener Rs. 1930
> 4 3 kids Dresses Rs. 1560
> 5 1 Ladies Bag Rs. 1519

We are asking for compensation from the company but they are not ready for it. please help us get justice.
