437425658 stuck in bangalore for 2/3 days

Very slow progress.. Package arrived in Bangalore from belgaum, but after that for 2days the progress is very slow. yet to recv.

No tracking is possible for my parcel booked

I had booked parcel from Ponda Goa to Chennai on 2/8/2024 docket no[protected] but your online tracking shows as no details available.
Please check and revert me the status of the same and when the same will be delivered....

Package not received

Hi, everyone I would request all to not to sent any parcel from GMS they are the worst service I have ever had. my mom sent a 25kgs of package from Banglore vasanth nagar branch to USA. On 16th feb 2024 today is 24th of feb but still didn't received my parcel and unable to track. Tracking is not working I want to keep on call to ask about the status.     My order was supposed to be delivered on 5th December, 2023. Its been 11/12/23 and I have not received my order, the person who has the charge, doesn't receive my calls, it shows that delivery was attempted but I never received any calls from the delivery person.       Delivery person is very rude and he doesn’t know how to communicate with a people I have purchased a herbal lif product to deliver the product he speaks so rude with out any manner as if he is speaking in home

        Pathetic service…. Unprofessional….My parcel was sent from Indore to Mumbai thru GMS World wide on 15th November 23… till date i.e 21 Nov 23 I have not received it… delivery guy(Sandeep)never answer the phone calls… I request others not to use thr services…

          I’m Aishwarya from amalapuram . I’ve sent a package of chicken pickle from Amalapuram GMS courier on september 12 .Tracking number of that parcel is[protected] . We have noticed that the parcel remained in Banglore and called Amalapuram GMS courier on september 22 . He told us he will look for parcel and ensured us that the parcel will be sent, but he did nothing for almost a week even after calling him multiple times .Finally on September 28 he told us that oil was leaked from the package and assured us that they will repack sent and send the parcel immediately .But the parcel was still in banglore and he stopped lifting our calls . We even called Rajahmundry GMS COURIER to enquire about our parcel but they were very rude about their responce .
          We are insanely dissapointed in thier parcel service and on the top of that they were rude about it .

              Hi Team,

              This is not acceptable that[protected] is kept in Courier office from past days without delivering. It was supposed to be delivered by 5th July for me get claim benefit and because of this delay I will miss 60000 Rupees.

              I will file complaint and will need this 60000 from GMS courier because you are responsible for the delay.

              I am calling multiple people on [protected] and [protected] from past 2 days for this and still no one is getting my courier delivered.

                We are facing a lot of problems in goods receiving from Hyderabad to Guntur our goods LR No of[protected] have been delivered to another place at Ponnur Jio station. Kindly deliver our goods its a humble request since this is the last to book goods in GMS . If you want the security person contact number [protected] he called us and said the goods are with him but he can only give to GMS person since they are very much punctual in delivering the goods, Like this

                      I Ordered a i pulse indusviva product on 07 June 2023 which was booked at Hyderabad RO APEX. The current status of order is delivered (POD), but I didn't received any order and no delivery person contacted me. The payment of this order is pre-paid. It's been 1 week and no one is responding to my calls and no information about my product.

                            Every time, when I order a parcel, I have to run behind these ppl to deliver my parcel. The Parcel reach the Madurai office and I can saw the status as it was forwarded to Nagercoil. But these Nagercoil Ppl will take at least a week a deliver the parcel.

                            I never ever faced any issues like this with other couriers service. Once in a while it is acceptable but these ppl are making this as a practice to deliver the parcel after 10 days.

                            This will affect the small business who are committed to the ontime deliverables.

                              Hi Team,

                              I would like to bring to your notice about the mental agony that I faced for the delivery of the consignment[protected]. The attitude of Hyderabad delivery staff (Ramani, delivery person) is highly unacceptable . I had to call multiple times and follow up for the delivery of the goods
                              Though the consignment reached Hyderabad on 18th, it was not attempted to deliver till 21. On 21st, the delivery person called, but did not deliver on the same day and there was no communication also.

                              The attitude of Ramani is very arrogant and the delivery person was very rude. He is least bothered to deliver the goods.

                              I had to send multiple mails/ call to the GMS team to get it delivered. it has resulted in lot of mental stress and agony for me and related health issues

                              Lastly, after the delivery, the POD sign was not taken and Ramani sent a mail saying goods are delivered . Why was POD sign not taken?

                              I would need action to be taken on the required team for not doing their duties properly, honestly . I would need a mail /call explaining the reasons for the delay

                              I hope corrective action will be taken

                                Courier not delivering on time

                                I have ordered a parcel from Forever living products international with delivery partner GMS with tracking number :[protected]. The courier had been delivered to Nagaon, ASSAM on 13 February 2023 but till now the delivery partners has not delivered yett. I asked for a pickup but there were no-one in the office. Very irresponsible behaviour. The status now is showing received but delivery has not been done. Kindly, take care of this matter...
